A pleasant discovery in the Friuli region. A beautiful journey through citrus notes, herbs, and local flavors. The grilled cuttlefish with nduja cream, in particular, warmed our hearts.

Everything was perfect. A treat beyond my expectations. The seasonal tasting menu was, of course, an unforgettable taste experience.
The dessert salad alone is worth the entire menu. Don't look for it in the photos because I didn't make it...I was rightly captivated by its composition and surprising, emotional flavors.
2 Michelin stars, well deserved. Thank you so much to all the staff, and see you soon.

What can I say? A superlative experience for us. The food is incredible, sophisticated, and refined, with flavors that even the most uninitiated like me appreciate.
You feel pampered from start to finish and immersed in the culinary journey you embark on once you're seated.
