Indubbiamente, è necessario recensire qualcosa di diverso. Non si tratta solo del piatto, della presentazione o del palato, ma della capacità di creare un'atmosfera che avvolge totalmente l'ospite. Fin dall'accoglienza iniziale, si viene proiettati in un mondo fatto di emozioni epidermiche, sensoriali, olfattive e visive, fino ad arrivare al palato, ma questo solo alla fine. Lasciami spiegare meglio: vivere la professionalità del personale, che accompagna deliziosamente ogni pietanza spiegando con cura la filosofia dei componenti, ti porta ad un livello superiore di consapevolezza. Abbiamo scelto due menu' completi a base dei pesce , e devo dire che alla fine ero più' che sazio, ma ancora curioso di scoprire altri abbinamenti .. strepitoso il finale con lo chef dei dolci che ti cucina in presenza .. ! Purtroppo essendo astemio, non ho potuto potuto condividere anche questo, ma mia moglie ha gradito tutte le portate in abbinamento con vini del territorio. We chose two full seafood menus , and I must say that at the end I was more than satiated, but still curious to discover other pairings ... amazing the finale with the dessert chef cooking you in presence ... ! Unfortunately, being a teetotaller, I could not share this as well, but my wife enjoyed all the courses paired with local wines.

The reception and welcome are on a global level, among the dishes I would especially single out the ceviche with raspberries, definitely one of the best I've eaten. I also recommend pairing wine with food.

Non proprio vicino a casa ma, arrivati alla meta, ci attende un goloso premio: uno dei luoghi migliori per gustare cibi e vini. Il piacere gastronomico è assoluto: una cucina con l'estro invidiabile e l'indubbia maestria dello chef-patron Emanuele Scarello, intesa come passione e ricerca, cura e delicatezza, forma e sostanza, colore e sapore. Due menu degustazione, di cui uno vegetariano, da cui è possibile estrarre anche singoli piatti alla carta. Ogni portata è un'opera d'arte in quanto a fantasia, preparazione e presentazione. In sala la gentilissima signora Michela dirige un'equipe professionale e sempre molto cortese.
