Nice and welcoming place, kind and very knowledgeable staff also in wines. But above all excellent and tasty food, it is a pleasure to return.

Delicious, convenient and fast place! The dishes are plentiful and renew the traditional Italian cuisine with a characteristic touch all their own :)) Fabulous in my opinion that it can be easily reached even with more buses and you are not forced to take the car

Affumico Bologna is an essential stop for those looking for authentic flavors and a warm atmosphere. I always gladly return: every time I am welcomed by warm and super professional staff who completely immerse you in the culinary journey. The chef's tasting menu is a true sensory journey, dishes that play on the perfect balance of smoking and very fresh raw materials. Their homemade sauces and freshly baked warm bread form a unique and excellent combination, a small luxury that prepares the palate for the explosion of flavor to come. Also let yourself be guided in the selection of niche liqueurs and wines: truly refined products that you don't easily find around. And to end on a sweet note, the pear tart, with a very balanced and elegant flavor, is the perfect finale.

Dry ribs, friggione (and I say this as a Bolognese) I won't even comment on it. The rest is average. Maybe because my expectations were high, but deep disappointment.

Cenamos en el patio exterior y el chico estaba en para un placer. El servicio era genial, ella nos ayudó no sobre el orden. Las carnes son la estrella del espectáculo, pero esto es barbacoa a diferencia de la barbacoa americana que es mucho más pesado sabores. Empezamos con un pastrami de pavo y pan caliente, ambos excelentes. Luego vinieron las costillas de cerdo (fabulosas, tiernas y llenas de sabor), otro plato de cerdo ahumado que estaba repleto de sabor, así como papas (como nunca has tenido) y col (a mi esposa le encantó). Carta de vinos a un precio muy razonable, compartimos una botella de tinto por 22 euros, muy agradable. El lugar estaba lleno, no es sorprendente dada la calidad de la comida y los precios razonables. Desearía haber intentado más, pero nos fuimos extremadamente llenos. 75 euros para cenar por 2 , bien vale la pena probar. Está un poco fuera del centro de la ciudad, pero te alegrarás de haberlo intentado

Tutto ottimo a partire dal pane caldo accompagnato da salsine e burro salato. Abbiamo provato di tutto e ogni portata è stata una scoperta deliziosa. Anche per chi non mangia carne trova alternative buonissime. Ottimi vini, birre e amari. La differenza la fa “LEI”, non so se è la proprietaria , comunque la ragazza che ci ha servito ha una preparazione, competenza e gentilezza rare. Ci ha accompagnato passo passo in questa scoperta di piatti nuovi con una descrizione delle materie prime utilizzate incredibile. Preparatissima. Attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza senza mai essere invadente ma sempre delicata. Grazie per questa graditissima scoperta . Torneremo sicuramente
