Ae Do Paanche In Gruaro

I went last night with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was lovely; the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the food was superb!! We chose the tasting menu; we were so full we couldn't leave the table! It was a truly positive experience, definitely worth repeating!

It's a shame to change my mind about a place I've been frequenting for years. Unfortunately, this is the case: under the "young" management, prices have skyrocketed, and this, unfortunately, forces you to look elsewhere. There are places that offer the same quality of food in nicer, more central locations, even better service, and at a reasonable price. It's a shame...it was a tried-and-true favorite, and I'd gladly leave it to those accustomed to exorbitant prices.

Late, but still, I'd like to review this exceptional restaurant. Following the recommendation of a friend, who also made the reservation, the four of us enjoyed a leisurely lunch. Although it wasn't easy to find, we were surprised by the ambiance and the friendly, competent service. We left the menu and drinks to Andrea. Together with a colleague, we truly indulged ourselves for three hours. We enjoyed all the house specialties: the specialties from the kitchen, the prociutto, accompanied by delicious pastries, the wonderful oysters, raw and grilled seafood, the pasta with lobster, and finally, as the highlight, a rombo (wild-caught lobster). The dessert—fresh strawberries and cheese—rounded off the sumptuous meal. The wine recommendation, a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc from the Collio, was also top-notch. Thanks again to the waitress for the wonderful culinary experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit...

Here, fish is the absolute protagonist, treated with respect, delicacy and love: raw, cooked, each dish vibrates with freshness and authenticity. Alessandro welcomes you with a natural elegance, made of sincere smiles and real attention. And then there is Andrea, who with his selection of wines and his professionalism elevates the experience: each glass is a journey that accompanies the taste with grace. I was at lunch today as a guest with some of my dearest clients. Beautiful location with attention to detail both inside and out. Very friendly owner. The staff was very well trained, professional and attentive to the smallest details. We ate divinely from appetizer to dessert, including wine. We will definitely be back. Very good fish restaurant and also meat dishes. Fish can be found in many very refined dishes. Yesterday I ate a very good octopus as an appetizer. Instead, the first course I ate an exceptional scampi and asparagus risotto and the second course was a fillet of sea bass with truly delicate asparagus tips. Finished with a homemade dessert, a very good tiramisu, all accompanied by excellent wines.

Very pleasant experience from every point of view; professional and highly trained service. Excellent raw material. Incredibly well-kept cellar. I wish I had discovered this sooner! Well done
