Elegant setting and superb dishes

We had the pleasure of having dinner at the Adopanche restaurant in the Gruaro area and we were extremely satisfied. Special thanks go to the waiters Alessandro and Andrea, who treated us with great cordiality and professionalism. The service was truly excellent and we are very grateful for what they did for us. They showed great humanity which we appreciated very much. The food was simply delicious. We particularly enjoyed the sea bass, the raw prawns with burrata and, above all, the oysters. Even though we had already had an aperitif, each dish was a discovery of flavours. Thanks also go to the most experienced waiter, whose name unfortunately we did not know, for the exceptional service. We accompanied our meal with an excellent Franciacorta and a Chardonnay, which completed the dining experience perfectly. We are very grateful for the treatment we received, which was truly exceptional. We were seated outside near the garden, a very green and pleasant environment which made the evening even more special. Heartfelt thanks to Alessandro, Andrea and the entire Adopanche team for an unforgettable evening.

A good price/quality ratio, always different fresh fish, good choice of wines, quality extra virgin olive oil

Beautiful location with an interesting mix of rustic yet elegant decor. Ambience relaxing and somewhat romantic. Staff friendly and very professional. We tried the seafood platter antipasto which was delicious. The main was a bit disappointing as the fish was dry and slightly tasteless. Nice selection of wine and our waiter was quite knowledgable and suggested well. For dessert I opted for a chocolate mousse; light and delicate!

What can I say, excellent in everything. Very suggestive location, impeccable service, innovative dishes respecting the quality and tradition of the local cuisine.

High quality restaurant. I was a guest of a friend so in this review I won't put the total bill as usual because I don't know him, I can make assumptions. Very welcoming, elegant place, full of interesting details, excellent lighting and mise en place. Service appropriate to the type of restaurant, courteous, knowledgeable and always available staff. As for the dishes, the very high quality of the raw materials and preparations is undoubted. I had an exceptional raw appetizer, and then continued with a very tasty sliced ​​tuna. In addition to quality there is also quantity, you certainly don't leave the table with an appetite. Great selection of homemade cakes and biscuits. The wine list is incredible, where being spoiled for choice becomes your only problem. Beautiful experience, absolutely to be repeated.

Piacevole scoperta durante un viaggio di lavoro. Il pesce è fresco e cucinato molto bene. Ottima carta vini e servizio di qualità. L’ambiente ben curato e la cortesia del personale aiutano a godere di una pausa davvero piacevole.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante portando due amici che venivano da fuori regione; amanti del pesce sono e siamo stati ampiamente soddisfatti. Il locale è bello ben arredato al centro della sala un grande bigliardo che fa da contenitore a vasi cristalli e contenitori di biscotti che vengono poi serviti a fine pasto. Andiamo iniziato con carpaccio di branzino degustazione di baccalà e poli petti con le puntarelle a seguire un’ottima pasta alle volgole. Ottime le seppie in umido. Ampia scelta di dolci. L’unica cosa un po’ anomala è la carta dei vini che ha la forma di un grosso dizionario ( praticamente tutti i vini italiani) li avranno tutti? Mah….il personale molto attento e cordiale. Nulla da dire sul prezzo che, anche se un po’ caro tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era ottimo. Ritorneremo.
