Respectable pasta factory, excellent pasta a stone's throw from the historic center of Bologna. Mandatory stop in my opinion due to location and prices. really friendly staff, you feel at home

Good and well-seasoned cream tortellini.
Excellent tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, thick and well seasoned.
A slightly touristy place in appearance, it does not have a typical Bolognese style, however welcoming and small in size, not too chaotic, perfect for a lunch.
The small pasta dish is a generous 80 gram portion with plenty of seasoning.
Too bad they don't bring bread to collect the leftover ragù as tradition dictates.
Recommended for fresh pasta.
Don't order "spaghetti bolognese" because they DO NOT EXIST, no matter how good they are, they are a tourist invention.
Take the tagliatelle bolognese or the cream tortellini which are wonderful.

A few meters from Piazza Maggiore, this three-storey restaurant enjoys an excellent view of the city thanks to the large windows. The environment is informal and welcoming (when it was a shop Tazio Nuvolari also stopped by here) quality food menu 'Typical Bolognese, excellent homemade pasta and sauces. The Bolognese cutlet is also fantastic. Fast and typically Emilian service. Very friendly staff who make you feel at home. Fair prices given the location.

Very good furniture&lights indoor. The service by Sofia was so special. The food fresh and the service by elevator very special too. Nice moment when you eat italian food with some football italian jerseys in the wall :))

We ate three small dishes that were a traditional lasagna, a tagliatelli al ragù and a gramigna with sausage, all three of which were very good.

Il ristorante si trova in una traversa del centro, vicino Via D'Azeglio.
Il cibo è buono e c'è un'ampia varietà di scelta di primi piatti ma anche di secondi e contorni.
Ho preso una porzione abbondante di crescentine davvero buone, accompagnate da robiola fresca ( non sono riuscita a finirle purtroppo), una porzione di tortellini in brodo ottimi ed un bicchiere di Sangiovese.
Conto molto conveniente, sui 28 euro, una ragione in più per tornare.
Consigliatissimo!
