We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while wandering around downtown Bologna... without a reservation and during peak hours, but they found us a table anyway. The restaurant specializes in first courses, but they also have other dishes. We had ricotta and spinach tortelli, both delicious, as well as the risotto, a Milanese-style cutlet, and amazing baked potatoes. Very fast service...the waitresses were very nice and kind, as was the owner. They accept pets. The restrooms were beautiful and very clean.

I had already been there, it was nice to go back, everything was good, prices were normal considering the place... good food, generous portions, friendly staff... I would definitely recommend it

A fantastic restaurant with perfectly prepared dishes. It was possibly my best meal in Bologna. Furthermore, the owner is very friendly and received us with great attention. I highly recommend Adesso Pasta restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Bolognese cuisine.

I heard the carbonara pasta was good, but you know it's heavy, but that's how it is... the prices are in line with other restaurants, maybe a little more because you're close to the historic center (even if I don't agree with this idea)

The carbonara was good, but the cream tortellini were a bit dry. The restaurant's kitchen was understaffed, and the wait was long (40-45 minutes). The manager was friendly.

07/02/2026: The pastry shop is top-notch, well done Maestro. The five stars are well-deserved. The staff's attitude—everyone, except for one consistently friendly young man—needs some attention, however: unfriendly and arrogant. Most of the time, it feels like they're doing you a favor. I understand the high traffic, perhaps not always polite, but that's no excuse for lowering the quality of service, which is currently mediocre.
31/01/2026: Excellent pastries and fantastic cream. The prices are very high, and especially the macchiato coffee is more expensive than the regular one. I've always loved this quintessentially Italian feature of being able to order coffee in a variety of ways without the extra charge!
