We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance through The Fork. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the appetizers were very good. We ordered the frittata of the week recommended by the waitress, which was well-balanced and not too large, along with pulled pork meatballs, which were also delicious. As for the pizzas, both the terrona and the tre cottucce are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. We will definitely be back. Recommended.

Overall, I give Immaturi a 3.5/5. The restaurant has a small parking lot, so I recommend arriving a little early to ensure a more comfortable seating. I tried two pizzas, the Pear and Gorgonzola and the Calabresella, both good, with a very pleasant contrast of flavors, especially the sweet and savory ones. The Pear and Gorgonzola arrived with a small hole in the dough, but since it was a Saturday night, I didn't consider it a major issue. The less positive comments mainly concern the service. I had to ask three times for a glass of wine before I could order it, and even for the pizza order, we had to ask twice because it seemed like our table was forgotten. This had a significant impact on the experience, especially since we had arrived toward the end of Saturday night's service and the dining room didn't seem particularly chaotic. It must be said, however, that once we had ordered, the pizzas came out very quickly. A negative note also about the dessert: I was presented with a fruit cheesecake as if it were made with pieces of fresh fruit, but it was actually just the usual frozen berries. This bothered me, because it created a different expectation than what was actually there. In the end, the dessert was a fairly standard cheesecake, nothing special. In short: good and interesting pizzas, but inattentive service and a final product that didn't live up to expectations.

Excellent hospitality, courteous and friendly wait staff. We were recommended the triple-cooked pizza, which was incredibly delicious. The fries were excellent, as was the traditional pizza. The atmosphere was just right, neither hot nor cold. We'll definitely be back for the triple-cooked pizza.

Tonight my family and I opted for a pizza and it intrigued us immature do not be fooled by the name because it is truly a pizzeria worthy of 10 and praise starting from the kindness of the staff from the vehemently phenomenal product I ate the pizza terrrona it seems like eating a cloud highly recommended

It's my first time there through TheFork, and I have to say it was a lovely discovery. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. We obviously ordered pizza, but first we were curious to try some (fried) appetizers: a croquette and two pasta frittatas, a classic (Bolognese) and a special of the week on the house. Everything was excellent. And the pizzas: the very light dough and the three-cooking pizza were truly spectacular. Quality ingredients. I will definitely be back. The bill reflects the quality of the food. If I can give a small tip to the waitress, I saw her helping out with the pizzas (the more elaborate ones), to wear gloves and keep her hair tied up or tied back for greater hygiene.
