Today, Saturday, March 14th. This restaurant was highly recommended. We had polenta concia and val pelinese. Everything was truly delicious. Including the baked pears with exceptional ice cream. VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. CONGRATULATIONS AND WELL DONE!

I'll start by saying I'm celiac. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to gluten-free options, and the cuisine is traditional and excellent. The hazelnut and beetroot risotto, the venison steak, and the beef cheek are all top notch. The Mont Blanc mousse is superb!
Pleasant atmosphere, excellent wine. Fair prices.

Vale vale vale, the perfect relaxing stop in the March sun, surrounded by the greenery of this welcoming garden.
The sweet and sour beef brisket appetizer was enchanting, perfectly balanced, and made me dream. And the hazelnut rice exceeded my expectations with its intense and persistent flavor, perfect cooking, and generous portion.
If you're passing through Aosta, treat yourself to a moment and stop at Ad Forum while strolling through the streets of the city center.

Dinner for a group of 20 diners and guests, 4 courses and even a small starter. The food was delicious, although to my taste the orange soup lacked spice to add flavor. Maybe it's because I'm used to orange soup that my wife makes at home and adds flavor. Apparently, we in the Middle East are used to stronger flavors than here at the foot of the Alps. The staff worked with remarkable enthusiasm and courtesy. The other dishes were truly excellent.
