An Unforgettable Evening at Acquolina!!! We had the pleasure of experiencing an extraordinary evening at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Acquolina. The food was a true masterpiece – innovative, creative, and crafted with impeccable skill. Each of the nine courses was a small work of art, impressing not only with its flavors but also with its stunning presentation. The service was outstanding, attentive, and took the time to explain the preparation and concept behind each dish in detail. A special highlight was the perfectly paired wine accompaniment – surprising, diverse, and flawlessly matched to the courses. Having already enjoyed an evening at another Michelin-starred restaurant in Rome, this evening at Acquolina exceeded all of our expectations. For us, it’s simply the best restaurant in Rome – an absolute must for any food lover! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this unique experience!

My partner and I returned to try the new tasting menus (this time we took Anabasi Catabasi), as always we were amazed! The skill in the service, present but not overwhelming, and in the delicious dishes we ate confirm the two stars as always. We will definitely be back soon!

Siamo stati da Acquolina sabato scorso per il compleanno del mio compagno, eravamo già stati loro ospiti nel 2019 quando avevano solo una stella; Che dire.... STUPENDO!! una vera esperienza di sapori, odori , colori abbinamenti insoliti ed esplosivi. Una vera goduria per tutti i sensi, altra ECCELLENZA il personale di sala, impeccabili, empatici, attenti.
