08/01/2026: Golino’s Bistro was without a doubt our favorite restaurant during our visit to Rome. We felt right at home from the very first evening – so much so that we dined there two nights in a row. We were particularly impressed by the exceptionally friendly and attentive service, which created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The open kitchen concept is a real highlight: you can watch the chefs at work, which is not only fascinating but also inspires great confidence in the quality and freshness of the food. The cuisine was top-notch. The signature dish was superb; the octopus was simply outstanding, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. We were equally impressed by the Pasta Brasato Blastato, which was incredibly aromatic and perfectly balanced – an absolute must-try! Golino’s Bistro provided the perfect culinary finale to our stay in Rome. We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!
