We enjoyed a sort of aperitif, with a delicious sparkling white wine: Blanc de Blancs. Highly recommended, the great raw fish of the day. Excellent service. Obviously, the price is a bit high, but it's in line with the quality.

Thanks to friends from Scafati, we visited this restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, the open kitchen is open, and the chefs work in unison, creating dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to the palate. A very kind gentleman will guide you through the varied and innovative menu. I ate more than usual out of curiosity, and nothing was heavy or indigestible, a testament to the fine skill in combining the ingredients and expert cooking. I am passionate about cooking, and I personally believe that if you value your time and money, this is a place worth investing in to continue supporting its growth. Congratulations to the entire staff.

This restaurant particularly impressed us because it presents itself as a creative restaurant, capable of presenting seafood in original and unconventional ways.
The welcome is truly warm, with attentive table service and meticulous attention to detail. The ambiance is also noteworthy: the restaurant has a distinct, carefully considered maritime influence.
The menu is entirely seafood-based and offers both a tasting menu and the option of choosing à la carte. We opted for the latter.
As an entrée, the chef offered us fish and lentil croquettes and warm, freshly baked bread.
For appetizers, we chose roasted octopus, simply spectacular, and potato-stuffed squid, with a more delicate and mellow flavor.
For our second course, we ordered the catch of the day cooked in a crazy water style (amberjack) and swordfish on lava stone, which in our opinion is the restaurant's true highlight: a seemingly simple preparation that releases intense and surprising flavors, almost comparable to those of a sliced steak.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's important to note that this is a restaurant that focuses on creative flair, so it doesn't offer traditional seafood cuisine, but rather a modern and personal reinterpretation.

We spent a wonderful evening at Acqua & Sale with our family, immersed in a truly welcoming atmosphere. The place is charming, with great background music and delicious food. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
