I've been going to Acqua e Farina in Pozzuoli for years, but unfortunately, my last experience was disappointing.
The pizza wasn't what it used to be: different, dry dough, ingredients that no longer seemed top-quality, and cold, almost frozen potatoes.
We arrived about 20 minutes late due to road closures, and the waitress rudely told us the table was already taken, only to shortly thereafter seat us at one of the many free tables.
I hope it was just a bad night, because in the past, this place deserved much better.

We're certainly not new to Acqua Farina. But Sunday was the first time we had the daily specials for lunch! Everything was excellent. The fish appetizer, pacchero with monkfish, and fried fish. To finish, a caramel panna cotta (delicious). A 10 out of 10 :)

You can eat seafood just about anywhere, but if you want quality and a taste of the sea with unconventional dishes, Acqua & Farina is a must-try. I returned after many years, and the standards remained consistently high.
This time, on the chef's recommendation, we tried the daily special. Fantastic!

Not sure why this restaurant has a low rating. I had an amazing experience here. Paola was the nicest person I have ever come into contact with in Naples so far. The food was fantastic and the place was really nice and close to the lungomare which is perfect to walk off your meal and enjoy the beautiful views of Pozzuoli. I will be coming here many times throughout my stay here in Pozzuoli.

The atmosphere is quite welcoming, with friendly but somewhat slow service. The pools are decent, but be careful not to forget the salt.

We hadn't been here in a couple of years. We came back for a family celebration. The service is slow, but the fresh fish is excellent. We had two starters: paccheri with anglerfish and with scorpion fish. Both were mouth-watering. The fried mixed seafood was equally delicious, and both my son and father-in-law loved the pizzas.
