A nice place not far from the historic center, well-decorated. Clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. The pizza is very good, worth it. The prices are also reasonable. There aren't too many tables, but this is more of a strength than a weakness because it allows the place to remain family-friendly rather than chaotic and crowded. I also found the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. Worth it.

Small but nice and welcoming place. The staff is very kind and attentive. The pizza didn't convince me much, the dough was a bit "rubbery". Average prices.

Today we were in the mood for pizza 🍕 and we landed on a pretty perfect spot. The menu here is almost exclusively pizza. There are just as many white pizzas as red pizzas, plus some dolce pizzas. The base of my Capriciosa was perfect. The crust was crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. The crust was nice and thin, yet not soggy in the middle like you often find in southern Italy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is also very nice. Although the terrace here is right next to the street, so the traffic is a bit of a nuisance. Why am I talking so much? Just give it a try.

Villa Ciconia Restaurant

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. I'm attaching a photo.
24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

30/04/2025: Un ristorante che ha apertamente dichiarato la sua posizione al riguardo della fame nel mondo. No, no, no e poi no. Infatti non ti fanno uscire se hai ancora fame. Il fatto è che tutto è maledettamente buono, oltre che abbondante. Valutate solo bene cosa ordinare perché ogni porzione vale per tre.
11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare
