Restaurant that fully deserves the Michelin star.
We took the most innovative tasting and, indeed, the dishes are very particular and fully reflect the philosophy of the cuisine, even if not all of them were to my liking.
The first 4 courses are tastings while the last 3 are real main courses. The dessert is excellent and the accompanying butter is also excellent.
Very high price, in line with the city.

Atmosphere was good and food was tasty and inventive. We particularly enjoyed the starters, pigeon dish and sweet breads. However for the price I expected to blown away but there were some misses like the risotto and the eel/beef dish which didn’t really go well together.
Everything was perfect. Service was spectacular. Food flavours were very unique & interesting. Very well presented / plated. It’s a little on the pricey side though. One bottle of water is €10. Not sure if everyone would think it’s worth the high price. But overall a good dining experience for me.

I found the idea of free cooking superlative - the chef's excellence is expressed in all its authenticity precisely in those dishes where the flavors border on the unimaginable. And so you find yourself with royal ingredients acting as servants, such as the oyster that accompanies and enhances the culatello, or poor ingredients (offal, sweetbreads) becoming the protagonists of a sublime dish that rewrites its history. We are in front of small works of art that recall Proustian memories: the smoked ice cream which is a journey into a Suomi tent with a fire lit and a bowl of reindeer milk in your hands, or the filling of the appetizer meatball which suddenly evokes the pierogi handmade by your Polish grandmother... all served delicately in a refined environment that is welcoming without seeming pretentious. The company of the waitress who guided us throughout the evening was very welcome. A note of merit: it is the first starred restaurant where I go where the tea is served to perfection; from water quality to temperature. A journey that I will always carry in my heart. Thank you!

We had high expectations which were unfortunately disappointed.
The real strong point is the service: attentive, courteous and punctual.
However, we found the creative 8-course tasting menu very confusing, with sometimes jarring combinations of flavors (in particular, 1) Smoked oyster, culatello and goat's cheese, and 2) the smoked milk ice cream).
The tsukemen spaghetti with parmesan and prawns is interesting, the rest of the menu doesn't leave any particular positive memories.

Странные впечатления. Вроде бы и вкусно, но как-то странно все) Порции странные, система не понятна. Ну и дорого, конечно. Необоснованно.
