I'll be back! The focaccia was delicious, and the swordfish wasn't frozen!!! The waiter told me it was caught in the Ligurian Sea, so... top! The white wine was excellent. We were satisfied. Even with the price. P.S.: Someone at the table next to us had the starters. They look delicious... I'll definitely try them with slightly larger portions! 😊

Extensive Ligurian menu. Excellent mixed fried fish, varied and plentiful. Crispy panissa, excellent ravioli (two more wouldn't hurt). Perfect staff. Highly recommended.

After two dinners in quick succession, I can say that: - the menu is vast - the quality of the dishes is average and deliberately bland - the only waiter on duty on February 13 ran more miles than a marathon runner to serve everyone - the cover charge: €2 for a paper placemat with the menu and bread (which is only served upon request) is too much! - the focaccias are absolutely forgettable - the restaurant is full and too noisy, impeding conversation - the quality/price ratio is good I would definitely return to try other dishes

Rating a restaurant that has become legendary is almost superfluous! I returned to La Ay after a long time and... Everything is still the same! Generous dishes filled with love, physics-defying fried foods, and above all, wonderful and friendly staff. I love this place; when I need to impress friends and guests, I happily head there! I highly recommend the fried foods; I'll never stop saying it—an unmistakable style. Not that the rest isn't good; on the contrary, everything is noteworthy! Thank you so much for staying the same! 14/03/2026: We tried the tasting menu and were very satisfied. The dinner was splendid, with refined, well-cooked food. The Fassona beef and the roast were excellent, a delight.
14/03/2026: A restaurant with a menu in French and staff who speak French. All the dishes were delicious, from the raw artichokes with parmesan to the pumpkin ravioli (a marvel) and the hazelnut fondant. A truly Italian atmosphere, lively, not to say noisy. A place not to be missed.
