The atmosphere is simple but functional. The service was almost instantaneous (we ordered two portions of fried fish, and they arrived in less than five minutes that evening). The fish was perfectly fried. The cod fritters were simply delicious.

I'll definitely be back. It's a simple place with excellent dishes, plenty of choice, reasonable wait times, and very friendly staff. Reservations recommended.

A casual place. Excellent value for money. I went for dinner one evening and had a half portion of the delicious, non-greasy mixed fried food, and, listen, it was fried with rice flour. So even celiacs can eat it. I highly recommend this place because it's gluten-free. Besides the generous portions, the only thing is, it's best to book in advance because it's always busy.

Davvero eccezionale, ho mangiato le trofie al pesto piu buone della mia vita! Fritto misto, fiori di zucca, focaccia.. tutto buonissimossimo! Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio

Fritto di pesce senza glutine buonissimo e in varie varianti . Se prendete una porzione anziché 1/2 siete belli pieni perché è abbondante. Super consigliato!

La Via Del Sale

13/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and there were only seats left on the slightly chilly outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Good food and fast, attentive service.
11/10/2025: The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner puts on a show at the service. It's full on a Sunday evening, mostly with locals. Invited by some Turin residents, I can't comment on the price. A great place that I won't soon forget.
