Cons - The water flow in the sink was so slow it almost leaked. - The bathtub walls were too short, so the shower water flooded the bathroom. - The hair dryer was too hot. - The refrigerator wasn't cold at all. Other than that, it was just a regular hotel.

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Very good hotel ideal for business travellers. The service, the rooms and the restaurant are all very good. The hotel isn’t situated near any real shops or attractions, hence why better for business users who travel. Milan is an easy drive for evening meals The room rates were very good considering the UK holidays and Winter Olympics close by, and as previously mentioned the hotel was good

Great hotel, the location next to motorway. The cleaning was good thank you for the romanian cleaner and the waiter from Gambia .

Sincere thanks also to Erwin, always thoughtful and attentive. He was extremely kind and took immediate action to accommodate my every request, demonstrating great efficiency and courtesy. I would also like to thank the hotel's Deputy Manager, who, with great helpfulness and professionalism, gave me a few opportunities, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. I want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service, the staff shows responsive and friendly. Room and washroom are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for tourist. Easy access to the supermarket Lidl to buy some alcohol and local snack to chill at hotel.

Relax and best place for staying in Milan

Excellent, modern hotel. Large, clean room, friendly staff, easy parking nearby, close to the highway; I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very beautiful — clean, with good lighting, and everything is just perfect. There is water in the room’s fridge, as well as coffee. The buffet is amazing, offering traditional Italian dishes. Usually, in any country we visit, we prefer to have breakfast at a restaurant because hotels serve standard food like any typical hotel. But this hotel truly offers authentic Italian options. Every time we visit Milan, we choose this hotel. We love it so much, and we love Milan. Thank you so much! There is also an elevator. A note: There is both outdoor and indoor parking, and both are free. However, I recommend asking for the indoor parking if your car is expensive. According to what we know, there have been thefts in this area, and if you file a report, the hotel is not responsible for the outdoor parking, only for the indoor one.
