A4 In Cinisello balsamo

Due to a bad vrbo booking we had to leave bellagio and find a place to stay in milan three days early in the middle of the night. Feeling frustrated and concerned we are going to lose our 980 euros we found this hotel at 70 euros a night. I usually book 5 stars, but due to Formula 1 being in town there was no vacancy. I have to say that I was surprised how well.kept the hotel is. I quite enjoyed the stay. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! So accommodating. Especially the front desk. Paolo and Sara were both so empathetic and went above and beyond with the level of service. Always with a kind smile. I have stayed in 1000 euro/night places many times in my life. But I can't remember ever experiencing such great staff as this humble Holiday inn. I want to personally thank Paolo and Sara for making our stay so pleasant. Oh! Sara also recommended some excelent restaurants to us that were fantastic.

Modern, clean and tidy hotel; friendly and helpful staff;

Excellent hotel, fair in terms of price. Reception 24/7, in English or even in French. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the free parking in the basement of the establishment is perfect.

Breakfast to be reviewed. No ham, and no very large cups.

Good value for money hotel with free underground parking. The room was clean and with a mini bar. Supermarket nearby and ideal for heading back to Como afterwards. The staff agreed to put our ice packs in the freezer overnight. On the other hand, you should not have breakfast which is really of very poor quality (tasteless fruit juice, undrinkable hot chocolate, omelette without any taste, etc.). Hotel environment not very pleasant.

The room was updated and clean. The service was incredible and they are very kind. The location was okay. You can walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store. If I’m ever back in Milan, I will definitely be staying here as I appreciated the covered free garage parking and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was lacking. I wish they had waffles and maybe a bit of variety for people with dietary restrictions, but no complaints.

The hotel is a little far from the first metro station leading to Milan, we had to take the car (having a diesel, we cannot go to Milan by car). Otherwise everything is very good. The welcome, the service, the advice for going to Millan. The staff is smiling and attentive. The (family) room is practical, clean, air-conditioned. The bedding is good. I recommend.

I can say that the hotel is only sufficient for a night's stay. Breakfast is inadequate. We didn't have much to do with the staff.

The room we stayed in was great. Not very big, but that was okay since we didn't plan to stay in a lot. Everything worked, and everything was very clean. There was a sign that said "towels on the floor will be replaced, and hung up towels will stay" or something along those lines, but the staff only changed out the towels they found hanging. The location wasn't pretty at all, and you had to walk REALLY far to get anywhere. The bus station and metro were really far away, and walking there in that heat was torture. Restaurants were also far away, and the one in the hotel was absolutely horrible (I already left a review there). But the parking of the hotel was spacious, even though the drive in was very, very risky. I personally wouldn't come here again, and we only stayed for three nights, but it was a nice enough hotel if you don't plan to stay there the entire time. (I recommend driving with your car everywhere, because the train & metro system there was absolutely horrendous, because none of the ticket machines ever worked...)
