We enjoyed refined cuisine, a five-course tasting menu that lived up to its promise for 40 euros. The server recommended the excellent regional white wine, according to my criteria. As a French chef, I highly recommend this place. They also produce very high-quality olive oil and have guest rooms in the village. We are delighted to have been able to meet this couple during our vacation. Thanks once again to Chef AIMONE. Sebastien and Marilène

We took the tasting menu and were able to pick 2 antipasti, 1 primi, 1 secondi and a dessert each. Very nice experience and food was great. We were happy with the Ligurian dishes we picked! Highly recommend ⭐️

I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant makes it to the Michelin star rankings in the near future. Excellent food, a small but fine menu, many dishes change depending on what's freshly available.

29/11/2025: A delightful place surrounded by olive groves. Unrivaled food: fresh herbs, exquisite ingredients, meticulously prepared, beautiful dishes. The #1 appetizers, starting with the frisciöi (small pieces of onion fried together like tempura), the oozing blue cheese flan, the vegetables stuffed with vegetables, ricotta, and meat (I'd say no to peppers). Gnocchi with rabbit!! Unparalleled stroscia with cold zabaglione. The nocino is a must, and the black bread is superb. Elvira is always great, Paolo is very kind. Fabulous wines, the Rossese (in glasses, like all the others) is a real hit.
20/10/2025: We ate and drank well, and the service was professional and friendly. Panels will soon be installed to reduce noise, and then it will be 5 stars.
