We enjoyed refined cuisine, a five-course tasting menu that lived up to its promise for 40 euros.
The server recommended the excellent regional white wine, according to my criteria.
As a French chef, I highly recommend this place. They also produce very high-quality olive oil and have guest rooms in the village.
We are delighted to have been able to meet this couple during our vacation. Thanks once again to Chef AIMONE.

We took the tasting menu and were able to pick 2 antipasti, 1 primi, 1 secondi and a dessert each. Very nice experience and food was great. We were happy with the Ligurian dishes we picked! Highly recommend ⭐️

I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant makes it to the Michelin star rankings in the near future. Excellent food, a small but fine menu, many dishes change depending on what's freshly available.

For me one of the best restaurants in Dolceacqua, the inside is not too big even if there is an outdoor terrace, Ligurian cuisine with revisited dishes, good and interesting portions, fair prices, attentive and kind service, always a pleasure to return...

Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.

Un locale piccolo ed intimo, con una cucina parzialmente a vista e personale attento e cortese. Carta non eccessivamente ampia ma nella quale trovano spazio proposte sia di carne che di pesce. La qualità della materia prima è evidente, prodotti del territorio ben preparati e ben presentati. Carta dei vini ampia, buona attenzione ai vini del territorio. Interessante anche la proposta del menu degustazione con due antipasti, un primo ed un secondo, in porzioni non risicate. Conto molto onesto, bravi.
