06/01/2025: I've been to Maria twice, years apart: once for Christmas and the other for Boxing Day. On both occasions the cuisine was super excellent. And abundant is an understatement, considering the impressive number of starters that will make you lose count! The environment is familiar, the staff are very kind and make you feel immediately at home, even though the place is always full and with many tables to serve. I highly recommend arriving on an empty stomach for several hours, otherwise it is impossible to get to the bottom of the menu! If you really wanted to find a small "flaw" (if you can call it that), it's that you spend too many hours at the table, but this is part of Italian culture and is a question of personal taste and needs. In any case, highly recommended! I will definitely go back.
