The bigoli with pork sauce were rustic and intense, while the gnocchi with braised beef and cabbage enveloped us in a warm and comforting embrace. The couverture, a perfect braised beef, concluded the meal elegantly, full of depth and flavor. All accompanied by local wines that sang along with the dishes, and by a young, expert, and friendly service that makes every visit a light and special experience.
