We ate an excellent mussel soup and a very soft babá at reasonable prices and with very welcoming staff

It was a very enjoyable experience. Friendly staff, delicious pizza and beer. I only stopped by Naples for a short time, but I have only very happy memories.

Really good place and full of friendly people. Typical Neapolitan atmosphere with equally high quality food. Perfect and worth trying at least once when you come to Naples

Unfortunately, the visit didn't convince me overall. The politeness of the staff left something to be desired (2/5), as did the service, which didn't seem attentive (2/5). The atmosphere was rather disappointing as we were given a table on a very sloping floor and therefore couldn't sit relaxed (2/5). The selection (4/5) and the quality of the drinks (4/5), as well as the taste of the food (4/5) and the good price-performance ratio (4/5), should be positively highlighted. The waiting time was pleasantly short (5/5) and the cleanliness was also okay (4/5). There were extras or special highlights (0/5), but there were none that would have enhanced the stay.

I saw the reviews, thought we would try, even waiting till they opened before eating somewhere else. Looked closed outside even on our return. Good food, but service was hit and miss. Friendly start and a poor middle and soft end. Go for the food, enjoy your own company. Maybe a bad night... Mixed feelings but the food was great.

Super cozy Italian pizzeria. We sat inside.

Questa piccola trattoria in zona centrale è stata una vera scoperta. Ambiente familiare molto caldo, personale gentile e veloce, cibo ottimo. I prezzi sono nella media per una buona trattoria di pesce ma diventano economici se si guardano le porzioni davvero abbondanti!! Abbiamo mangiato un polpo alla Luciana che era strepitosa ed anche i primi di pesce erano tutti buonissimi. Grandissima sorpresa nella caprese che era più buona di quella di pasticceria. Le pizze non le abbiamo provate ma sembravano invitanti. Da tornarci

La Taverna sembra un posto turistico per la posizione centrale e vicino al Municipio ma non lo è. Se vi focalizzate sui piatti della tradizione napoletana non sarete affetto delusi. Noi abbiamo assaggiato dei mezzanelli alla genovese con la cipolla cotta come deve essere (forse la carne che l'accompagnava poteva essere cotta un pò più a lungo ed essere sfilacciata per amalgamarsi meglio col sugo) e una strepitosa braciola col ragù denso e corposo proprio come la faceva mia Mamma. Buone anche le melanzane fritte in accompagnamento. Pastiera fatta in casa deliziosa. Proprietari gentilissimi ed estremamente simpatici (quando gli abbiamo chiesto dove avessero preso il pane perchè ci era piaciuto assai, ce ne hanno regalato un filoncino). Insomma un posto proprio come in famiglia, per chi vuol mangiare bene in un'atmosfera di trattoria vecchia scuola. Prezzo contenutissimo (10€ per ognuno dei due piatti provati mi sembra veramente nulla, considerando che erano tanto abbondanti da valere per due porzioni). Ci torneremo sicuramente perchè qui abbiamo sentito il cuore meraviglioso dei napoletani.
