A delicious restaurant in a strategic location with a wonderful panoramic view... Excellent service, tasty dishes. For me, it was a very pleasant experience; for the first time, I didn't have a bad meal. The food was served in appropriate portions. The bread, too... was delicious. Thank you.

From the fantastically simple entrée, to an excellent appetizer, to an excellent first course and concluding with a superb second course… all accompanied by a white Malvasia… I can say that our experience at this restaurant was beautiful and delicious! See you soon!

We had lunch on August 15th at A Sud dell'Anima in Minervino Murge with our dog Bianca, who was welcomed without any problems. A well-kept and welcoming place, run by young people with great passion and kindness. Dishes combine tradition and creativity in a gourmet way, using excellent quality ingredients. Attentive yet discreet service. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👌✨

Excellent raw materials cooked very well

We enjoyed delicious appetizers and a course each, chosen from the menu, including a first and second course, while also enjoying the descriptions of the dishes, courtesy of the knowledgeable, friendly, and competent staff. Tradition and raw materials were put to use, complemented by the creativity and good taste of the chef, who personally came out at the end of the dinner to gather our feedback. My only criticism is the prices, which I consider too high for a "Minervino" restaurant featuring all the local ingredients used. Congratulations to the entire staff for the experience they provided. Oh... and the music... having one theme on repeat was really boring after a while.

The service is attentive, personal, and conveys true Italian hospitality – you won't just be "rushed" here, but completely pampered. The prices are more than fair for this quality. I returned to this restaurant after many years for dinner and was quite disappointed. Aside from the atmosphere, the panoramic view of the Murge, and the courtesy of the staff, there wasn't much left. I didn't appreciate the revisited parmigiana or the dessert they served (basically a biscuit with cream). The other dishes were fairly bland. The portions were small and the prices a bit high.
