Very nice typical restaurant located inside the historic center of Minervino Murge, entrance on a loggia covered by shade sails that also accommodates a number of seats outside that look out onto a beautiful panorama between falcons that flutter at sidereal heights: beautiful show. The two rooms are very welcoming and elegantly furnished but the most appreciated thing is obviously the typical cuisine of the place skillfully revisited and made a real show for the sight and above all for the taste: everything excellent and well served. Highly, but highly recommended!

It is a mixed place, the location is lovely and the servers were nice HOWEVER - the food tried to be sophisticated but lacked in execution, either too salty or buttery creamy or missed the point. and the price was too high in our opinion for the food, . Looks like others had a good experience maybe this was an off day for them

Beautiful place, it hits you in the heart. We went to a birthday lunch. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the atmosphere, to the welcome, to the food. Attention to the customer who heats up. Dishes with peaks of excellence. Not only do I recommend it but I am sure I will return.

Siamo stati per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia (12 persone) in questo locale accogliente e arredato con gusto. Il personale è gentile e preparato (spiegano ogni piatto e terminano alcuni di essi al tavolo, cosa che a me piace molto). Tutto ottimo con ingredienti di prima scelta: in particolare ho apprezzato un uovo cotto a bassa temperatura e dei tagliolini al tartufo; menzione speciale ad una guancia di manzo al vino. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente, anche per mangiare all'esterno dove si gode un paesaggio fantastico. CONSIGLIATO

I had the pleasure of dining at A Sud dell'Anima and I can say that it was a unique gastronomic experience. This restaurant manages to perfectly combine the local culinary tradition with a touch of modernity that surprises and enchants. The menu is a journey through authentic flavours, revisited with creativity and mastery. Each dish tells a story, with very fresh and quality ingredients that enhance the roots of the territory, but with combinations and presentations that demonstrate great care and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always available to explain the dishes and recommend the best combinations with an excellent selection of wines. The environment is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a convivial moment with friends. A restaurant that honors traditions but looks to the future, offering an unforgettable sensorial experience. I can't wait to go back!

Pranzo eccellente, servizio impeccabile, ambiente escludivo. Nadia, Ivan e Giuseppe ... un trio che fara' molta strada e che rendera' onore alla nostra cittadina ! Veramente bravi !
