If you want to try river prawns, this is the best place. The restaurant is secluded, with a view of the mountains and friendly service, unfortunately you can't speak much English, but we managed anyway. The prawns and fish are delicious

I had the chitarrina with shrimp sauce. Perhaps the shrimp sauté could be a little more robust (more salt, more garlic, a few sage leaves), but they're still delicious. The shrimp in a stew (not the lemon one) are special. I would have added a little more salt, but it's a matter of taste. I also like the sage in the stew, like they used to do at La Sorgente restaurant, which was unforgettable but has now closed.

Nice place that I highly recommend to those who are in the area. Excellent first courses based on river shrimp, much appreciated the grilled trout fillet, a good local dessert to finish.

I ate at the trattoria da Silvia and I was truly satisfied! The food was delicious and authentic, with typical local traditional dishes. The service was friendly and familiar, as if you were at a friend's house. The atmosphere was cozy and rustic, with a touch of class. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a genuine, home-cooked meal but also to friends who are motorcyclists and I would say excellent quality for money 😊👍

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante perché incuriositi dai gamberi di fiume . Abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo a base di gamberi . Il primo aveva un buon sapore , soprattutto il sugo , mentre i gamberi non li ho graditi, ma perché essendo pugliese ho notato molta differenza ( questione di gusti) . Per il resto i camerieri , il servizio e l'ambientazione mi sono tanto piaciuti!
