A classic local trattoria with fresh made pasta and local Sicilian dishes. 10 of 10 in my opinion, and I have lived in Sicily for over five years.

Stupendous dishes. The lolli with broad beans are a fairy tale. The meat is tasty, everything is good. Compliments to the ladies. All the staff are very kind. I recommend everyone to go there. The food is good. The only flaw is the bill: the fixed menu 16 Euros then add wine. Sweet water Yes. It comes to almost 30 Euros per person. It would be better to say 30 Euros all inclusive.

Never a more apt name. The environment, the colors and the flavors of the trattorias of the past. Snobs should go elsewhere if the quality and goodness of the raw materials are not enough

I have known him for more than 40 years, and when I go there I am rarely always satisfied. It is one of a kind. Characteristic with antique pieces on display. It feels like being guests in a home, in a family, with homemade and healthy cuisine. Very good prices with a good relationship with the quality of the dishes. Hospitality and cleanliness.😊😉

The restaurant is located in the heart of the historic center of Modica, reachable on foot. Upon entering, you have the impression of returning to the past. The many local specialties make the menu unique. The raw materials are exceptional as are the dishes, prepared with care and with a unique flavour. Pasta, legumes, pasta and legumes, take you back to a time where this was everyone's food. The second courses have a shocking flavour. I recommend it to everyone... it's really worth it

Ho scelto di prenotare perché amante della cucina tipica. Io ho preso delle polpette al sugo veramente squisite e la mia amica i tagliolini in brodo con polpettine molto saporito. Lo consiglio per il cibo, per l'ambiente "di una volta" che si respira e per la simpatia dello staff.

Il livello non è cambiato ogni volta che vengo a Modica lo trovo sempre molto soddisfacente, Ottimo il servizio abbastanza rapido, il titolare tra l'altro è molto simpatico e disponibile.
