A high-end restaurant, featuring top-quality ingredients prepared with attention to detail and professionalism. The risotto with creamed scampi is a sublime dish, an almost mystical experience. This was not just a meal — it was an experience. From the very first bite, every dish reflected absolute respect for Italian tradition, top-quality ingredients, and exceptional technique. The flavors were perfectly balanced, authentic, and deeply memorable. Each plate arrived beautifully presented, but more importantly, full of soul. You can taste the care, the history, and the passion behind the cooking. The pasta was flawless, the sauces rich yet delicate, and every ingredient spoke for itself. The service was impeccable: warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere made the experience even more special — elegant, welcoming, and truly Italian. If Michelin had a five-star category, this place would deserve it without question. An unforgettable dining experience that sets the standard for what Italian cuisine should be. I will be dreaming about this meal for a long time and cannot wait to return.

Authentic cuisine, prepared with care and special attention to the finest ingredients. The homey atmosphere, thanks to the gracious owners, is complemented by dishes where the catch of the day (always incredibly fresh) takes center stage. The paccheri with fish sauce, clams, mussels, and calamari are superb, as is a house staple: scampi risotto. Today we also tried the mixed fried fish, which was exquisite and beautifully fried. We finished with a delicious and delicate pasticciotto with cream and black cherry sauce. Excellent value.

We found 'A Paranza by accident yesterday, but what a happy accident it was. The food here is simply the best around. Amazing!. Lovely ambiance, very quiet and elegant. The service is both cordial and professional. We loved it so much that we will go back today!

A local gem. Delicious seafood and past dishes. We opted for one of the tasting menus and were not disappointed. Fresh ingredients - including sardines with smoked cheese, and zucchini blossoms. Alphonse made great wine suggestions and was such a conscientious server - absolutely top notch. Offered a birthday celebration surprise and limoncello night cap. Ate anti is a quieter spot on the Amalfi coast - but a must stop to visit A Paranza!

19/11/2025: I'd been following it on social media for a while, then I heard good things about it and wanted to try it! And I can say that my only regret is that I should have tried it a long time ago and shouldn't have waited all this time! The venue and ambiance are simple but meticulously crafted, and the staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable enough to offer the best menu choices. In fact, since it was our first time there, they recommended the tasting menu so we could fully experience the chef's cuisine! A truly perfect choice. We tried everything from the welcome appetizer to the small pastries to finish (everything is rigorously prepared in-house, nothing imported). The bread served warm, paired with olive oil, and the escarole pizza—I could write for hours. My favorite dish was the egg tagliolini with cacio pepe and shrimp tartare. I'll conclude by saying that the chef has great potential here and that this restaurant is definitely a contender for top awards. Congratulations!
10/11/2025: We were at this restaurant last night, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The welcome tasting was a wonderful idea: small, homemade dishes, meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor, perfect for introducing their style of cuisine. It was also my first time trying raw fish, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I've always been a bit skeptical, but the freshness and delicate flavor completely won me over. I would choose the first course a thousand times over: homemade egg tagliolini with cacio e pepe and chilled red prawns, seasoned with lemon zest. A perfect balance of creaminess, savory flavors, and freshness, a true explosion of flavors that lingers. It must be said that everything here is homemade, and you can taste it in every course. Five stars aren't enough to do justice to such a taste experience. I'll be back soon!

31/10/2025: Really lovely food and we accidentally ordered a cheese dish and told them to charge us since we thought it was pasta but they said it’s okay and didn’t charge us. But all of the food was amazing and definitely worth it. The staff was amazing and super sweet. They kept checking on the heating as well.
31/10/2025: A quick stop on the Amalfi Coast, to check on life and refuel!
