A nice, welcoming, clean place where you can dine in peace while enjoying genuine food.
We arrived early and they seated us while there were still a few minutes left before the start of the service.
I recommend it for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the kind and polite staff.
It's a shame that I'm just passing through and won't be able to come back for dinner with you soon. The Modica macaroni, the meatballs in lemon leaves and the tiramisu were delicious and we will dream of them.
Congratulations for the quality and delicacy with which you treat the ingredients!

Had lunch on a Sunday in October. Porcini mushrooms cooked well together with pappardelle. The sausage is good... the only big flaw is the waiting times... very long and unnerving... Avoid Sundays... if possible. (entry at 1.30pm, exit at 4.50pm)

Ce restaurant n'est pas un restaurant "touristique". Il offre des plats authentiques de la région, composés de produits de saison de très grande qualité (la salade de ceps crus de l'Etna, Mama Mia!), préparés avec passion, sans fausse fioriture et servis avec générosité. Il est fréquenté des familles de la région et des connaisseurs. Cadre extraordinaire sur les pentes de l'Etna.
Un vrai voyage gastronomique, à ne pas manquer !

Dinner on the way back from Etna, a place found by chance. Without infamy and without praise, ate normally, drank very well. I was only sorry that, upon my request to remove a dish so that it would fill me up (in this case the grilled porcini mushrooms), I was told that they had now been cut so no. Sin.
