Typical Italian pizzeria, with lots of locals, sensational pizza with an outstanding taste. I can only recommend the Matrella!!

Siamo stati una settimana fa', un bel localino dove puoi mangiare anche fuori, propietari giovani e molto disponibili, servizio veloce e sempre sorridenti, la pizza è ottima e i fritti buoni e dorati; il prezzo è alquanto ottimo. Lo consiglio

The outdoor location is pleasant but the pizza is too soft (flabby) and perhaps should have been seasoned less. Slow service. Improved.

Localino alle porte di Serino e del Monte Terminio, con spazio per cenare all’aperto d’estate. Servizio giovane e veloce. Pizza ottima. Buono l’impasto, gli ingredienti e i prezzi bassissimi. Fritti misti, due pizze coca, birra e acqua 11€ a testa.

17/11/2024: We insisted on having a table, difficult to get to for those who don't know the place, but then you realize it's worth the premium. Everything was taken care of with great taste in every detail. Attention to the customer with innate empathy. And then the kitchen. As soon as you start eating, plan to return. Excellent Cannazze, straccetti all'aglianico, perhaps a little thick, but which melt in your mouth, accompanied by a special side dish. House wine that does not fear comparisons with the best labels, and sublime home-made tiramisu. 02/11/2024: Intimate tavern with around 30 seats and located in a suggestive cave. Filomena welcomes customers in a sunny and informal way. The cannazze with ragout served in a gigantic tureen are excellent, the briaciola (vrasciola) is applause-worthy, and the aglianico del vulture (of the house) is frank. Excellent value for money. Reservation required. Recommended!

03/01/2025: First time, but hopefully many more times because everything was really excellent!
13/12/2024: We arrived by chance, looking for a legume soup; as soon as you enter you are surrounded by a warm atmosphere, for a rustic environment with a "crackling" fireplace. The amazement continued when, in the toilet, we noticed the glove box with cotton wipes on the sink, in a clean bathroom (and this already makes the difference). But the joy continued when, sitting at the table near the warm fireplace (it was raining outside), we began to taste the dishes ordered (simply a house starter, and a legume and chestnut soup), washed down with a simple local red. What can I say, full relaxation and excited senses. I have already booked for my next birthday, to celebrate with family.
