What a discovery!! Restaurant recommended by our b&b for its authenticity, it is indeed the case! Real Sicilian cuisine, full of flavors (the swordfish pasta is excellent) in the pedestrian center of Castellamare. The service is very pleasant, a very good atmosphere reigns here. All for a very reasonable price, it was perfect.

Stopped by recommendation of friends. We order swordfish meatballs and busiate allo scoglio, both excellent. For dessert a cassatella, delicious. But making it all 5 stars, the waiter (I didn't understand if part of the family or just an employee), really nice and entertainer.

Locare esteticamente carino gestito in sala dal proprietario aiutato in cucina probabilmente dalla moglie (abbiamo visto una signora attraverso i vetri della porta). Il giorno della nostra visita non necessitava la prenotazione poiché tutti gli ospiti presenti eravamo senza ed è rimasto libero un tavolo da 6. Porzioni abbondanti, buoni i ravioli anche se sicuramente non artigianali. Prezzi lievemente alti per una trattoria, ma comunque adeguati alla quantità di portate ordinate. Peccato comunque che l'attività sia in vendita, come riferito dal proprietario, perché ha un'ottima posizione.

18/05/2025: Coming to Sakalleo is always a lovely experience. From the warm welcome to the friendliness of the owner, and excellent service. I came back again today and, what can I say, the fish was very fresh and the food excellent as always 🫶🏻🫶🏻
