lovely trattoria, really good dishes, nothing to say, good and plentiful, perhaps even a little too much. the only flaw? as it is really good, it is also really expensive, a plate of spaghetti with sea urchins paid €25, ok the goodness, but it's a bit too much for everyone.

Everything perfect! We returned here, from Catania, after a year just to eat the grouper ravioli... something amazing! Excellent food, friendly and attentive staff We will definitely be back

Friendly staff, helpful and quick to serve. The dishes were excellent: shared mussel appetizer, swordfish rolls and tuna steak (I would have preferred it a little tastier, personal opinion). Prices normal. Advised.

Excellent trattoria in the innermost part of Castellammare. Found and tried it by chance but it turned out to be an excellent choice!! Few dishes, therefore short menu, few tables, therefore difficult to find a place unless by reservation, but it is these two details that allow maximum care in the dishes in terms of quality and "Sicilian" contact with customers who are pampered in almost continuously!! I highly recommend the starters where you will also have the slipper and, for reasons of intestinal space, we got to the second courses which are also of excellent quality!! Absolutely worth trying!!

Abbiamo cenato in famiglia in questa piccola e graziosa trattoria a due passi dalla piazza centrale di Ispica. Il ciba casareccio è preparato ottimamente, il servizio è cortese. Unico neo il prezzo un po' altino.

Location non troppo grande, abbastanza intima con buoni piatti e una discreta cantina, il tutto ai giusti prezzi. Conduzione famigliare, servizio nei tempi giusti. Niente male l’antipasto misto di pesce. Vale una visita.

03/05/2024: Trattoria in name and in fact, let's say rustic environment, the tables are with paper tablecloths and the menu is written on a blackboard. There is a ladder to reach the venue, therefore it is not suitable for wheelchairs. After the explanation of the dishes by the young chef, explanations that I very much appreciated, I had a linguine with tomatoes and prawns, a mixed fry and a glass of wine. Good quality, portions perhaps below average, all in my opinion a good quality/price ratio. Service could be improved but it is a young staff and should be encouraged, well done.
29/04/2024: Excellent fish cooked without too many frills but to enhance the taste, the chef is really good and kind. The grouper ravioli are among the best fish ravioli I have eaten, tasty and balanced, bravo! Nice and charming place but a little too much cellar perhaps for sunny days.

20/08/2024: I had the privilege of visiting Sakalleo restaurant and the experience was simply magical. The hostess is a fascinating figure, a fascinating mix of French and Sicilian culture, with a touch of theatrical glamor worthy of a character straight out of Cabaret. His engaging storytelling, graceful menu presentation and bewitching smile immediately capture attention. The food offered at Sakalleo is exceptional, and I hope it continues to maintain the same quality, if not improves upon it. The starter was a real pleasure for the palate, with a selection of raw and cooked flavors that harmonized perfectly. But the real surprise was the pasta with sea urchins, an off-menu dish that was offered to us. This touch of exclusivity added a special dimension to the dining experience. We were so impressed with Sakalleo that we returned twice in one week and were warmly welcomed on both occasions. I can't wait to stop at Sakalleo in Vittoria when we return from Switzerland. Although parking can be a bit complicated, with good planning it can be easily solved. The customers who frequent Sakalleo demonstrate that they have true culinary taste, an open mind and above all a refined palate. The people who recommended this restaurant to us turned out to be not just friends, but true friends, making the experience even more extraordinary. I highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience to try Sakalleo. Its magical atmosphere, delicious food and welcoming service make it an unmissable place for lovers of good food.
