Restaurant with a nice atmosphere, with tables inside and outside. Good food.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but ended up quite disappointed. The pasta I ordered was noticeably undercooked — the center was still powdery and tasted raw. When we mentioned it to the staff, they told us, “It’s because Italians like it al dente.” I understand what al dente means — pasta that is firm to the bite, not uncooked in the center. This wasn’t al dente; it simply wasn’t cooked enough. At first, the staff didn’t seem willing to adjust the dish, but eventually they did send it back to the kitchen to be cooked a bit more. While I appreciate that, the initial response felt dismissive and gave me the impression that my feedback wasn’t being taken seriously. I hope the restaurant can improve both the cooking and how they handle customer concerns.
