The reservation system looks like a CIA interrogation....!!! Date of birth, email, zip code.... Don't you think that's going too far??? In the end, you're selling a pizza!!! In exchange for a pizza, you want all the customers' sensitive data... It's time to stop.

The product is high-quality, but €19 for a revisited "Margherita" seems excessive. A pan-shaped cloud or a crispy "Roman" focaccia is served. The "Neapolitan" pizza is no longer served.

A perfectly executed take on the classic pizza. Excellent ingredients, a wide variety of flavors. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The desserts were top-notch. I highly recommend it and will be back.

We tried the "Nuvola" and the "Romana." Delicious, light, and balanced. Don't expect a classic round pizza, but rather carefully researched dough and authentic flavors. We'll definitely be back.

Our experience was different from what we expected. We'd seen their pizzas on social media and thought we'd find a more traditional offering, but the menu focuses primarily on "cloud" pizzas and gourmet focaccias, which are certainly unique and carefully presented. Furthermore, upon entering the restaurant, we noticed the wood-fired oven in the dining room was closed and turned off: a detail that reinforced the feeling of being in for a different experience than the typical pizzeria. We appreciate the originality, but we felt a bit taken aback compared to what we had imagined. Furthermore, the prices—around €20-€25 for a "focaccia"—seemed a bit above average for this type of experience. Overall, an interesting place for those looking for something different from the classic pizza, but not exactly what we expected.

Very good gourmet pizza, with local ingredients and adequate service. Prices are a bit high for the location, in my opinion.

It was great, we came on vacation and found it by chance and we don't regret it at all, it was excellent! Go for it! Great atmosphere, the owners were great, very professional, I'll be back. I won't even mention the food, I've never eaten anything so good and nothing is frozen, great!

Tutto veramente ottimo. Il locale e' molto bello e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, il servizio è impeccabile con il personale disponibile, garbato e molto professionale, pizza di una bontà unica! Complimenti! Ci ritorneremo presto!

Un'esperienza unica, che è possibile fare solo nelle cinque pizzerie italiane che condividono questo concept. Se vi aspettate una pizza tradizionale, cambiate locale. Se vi aspettate un'esperienza culinaria gustosa e gourmet, restate qui. Pizze vaporose e/o croccanti, farcite e ripiene, in ogni caso leggere. Ingredienti di primissima qualità, abbinati in maniera tradizionale e innovativa allo stesso tempo. Il posto è elegante, un'atmosfera del Sud d'altri tempi. Che dire poi della professionalità e umanità del personale... siamo rimasti impressionati dalla storia del proprietario, che ha avuto il coraggio di credere in questo progetto! Torneremo!
