The product is high-quality, but €19 for a revisited "Margherita" seems excessive.
A pan-shaped cloud or a crispy "Roman" focaccia is served.

A perfectly executed take on the classic pizza. Excellent ingredients, a wide variety of flavors. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The desserts were top-notch. I highly recommend it and will be back.

We tried the "Nuvola" and the "Romana."
Delicious, light, and balanced. Don't expect a classic round pizza, but rather carefully researched dough and authentic flavors. We'll definitely be back.

Our experience was different from what we expected. We'd seen their pizzas on social media and thought we'd find a more traditional offering, but the menu focuses primarily on "cloud" pizzas and gourmet focaccias, which are certainly unique and carefully presented.
Furthermore, upon entering the restaurant, we noticed the wood-fired oven in the dining room was closed and turned off: a detail that reinforced the feeling of being in for a different experience than the typical pizzeria.
We appreciate the originality, but we felt a bit taken aback compared to what we had imagined. Furthermore, the prices—around €20-€25 for a "focaccia"—seemed a bit above average for this type of experience.
Overall, an interesting place for those looking for something different from the classic pizza, but not exactly what we expected.

A beautiful location in the historic center of Soverato, nothing to complain about. It's a shame there weren't many parking spaces.
At first, we didn't fully understand the menu, but after reading it, it became clearer. The tasting menu is more of a unique experience, a different take on what it's like to eat pizza, with unique flavors. The Roman crust exceeded my expectations, very good, as did the beer. As for the bill, it seemed a bit high, perhaps the cost of the individual pizzas.
A special mention for the Cannolo Scomposto.
P.S.: The only negative thing was that the reservation process was too long; there were too many steps, and we almost gave up when there were other tables available.
