The Maison is a security. When you want to eat good Parma cuisine but in a more refined and refined mood than the classic taverns, this is the perfect place. Tried several times for both lunch and dinner, always excellent food of excellent quality, crowned by an always very kind and attentive service. This time we went knowing that there was a boiled meat trolley, already tried last year and really excellent.
As always, don't miss their cream ice cream as a dessert, also perfect with hot chocolate cake or hot pancakes.

Nice venue. Quality dishes. Good choice of wines. Good service. A place to return to when I pass through Fornovo. It is convenient for a quick exit from the toll booth.

We had expectations, unfortunately disappointed. When you see the Michelin sign outside you get an idea, then inside the place was quite full. We had the cold cuts starter twice (€24 in total). I asked about meat before ordering: grilled meat or tartare is better. The innkeeper's response was rather banal. One is raw and the other is cooked. But is it okay? I ordered tartare which turned out to be awful. It tasted like raw meatloaf with too many seasonings. A taste that completely covered the meat. I'm used to the fact that if the meat is of good quality they serve it to you with condiments on the side and you choose how much/how to season it. You don't expect this from a restaurant with the Michelin sign. It has an excellent wine list from €16 to €2,300. The first two wines I ordered were not there, I opted for a good Chianti for €26. Tastes are tastes: in all honesty I don't feel like recommending it. Apart from the starter I didn't eat well.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent food (delicious Lambrusco, excellent Parma ham, homemade tagliatelle...). The value for money is also excellent. Advised.

Durante una gita in zona ci fermiamo a pranzo a La Maison, molto facile da trovare appena si entra in Fornovo.
Alcuni tavoli all'esterno, con pale per il caldo, e un bellissimo interno con tanta pietra e volte che ne caratterizzano l'ambiente.
Piatti della tradizione, iniziando dai salumi della zona come il Culatello, e primi all'insegna della pasta fresca, ottimi i tortelli con una ricotta molto morbida. Tortini con ripieno di cioccolato e gelato per concludere.
Devo dire che siamo stati molto bene, personale gentile e materie prime di alta qualità, forse servizio un po' troppo lento.

Di passaggio per le nostre ferie in Versilia, ci siamo fermati per il pranzo in questo ristorante. Location o carina , cucina proprio buona . Servizio molto cordiale . Lo consiglio!
