A' Cialoma2.0 In Favignana

Excellent location, recommended by the property where we were staying. We had delicious and tender split mussels, exceptional catch of the day, Sicilian sushi, tuna tartare, tuna croquettes, grilled octopus, and bruschetta with red shrimp tartare, accompanied by excellent local wine (see photo). Highly recommended.

If you go to Favignana, you have to go to dinner at Cialoma. Excellent food, good wine, and exceptional service. I recommend the crispy tuna, fried on the outside and raw on the inside. It's a must-try. Excellent.

We dined here two nights in a row and had a wonderful time. The food was tasty, every ingredient in the right quantities and in the right place, the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent value and a pleasant evening!

An unforgettable experience – A Cialoma is a pearl of Favignana! During our vacation in Favignana we had the pleasure of dining at A Cialoma and we were thrilled! The service was simply impeccable: attentive, courteous and never intrusive. Special praise goes to the owner, a truly polite, kind and very nice person, who knows how to put every customer at ease with naturalness and warmth. The food? Exquisite is an understatement. We started with sushi, very fresh and so tasty that — for the first time — I decided not to use soy sauce in order to appreciate every single nuance of flavor. A real surprise! The pasta was cooked to perfection, as befits a restaurant that respects Italian tradition, and the octopus ragù… simply spectacular. A dish that alone is worth the trip. What can I say? Congratulations for the attention to detail, the very high quality and the welcoming atmosphere. A Cialoma is rightfully among my favorite places: we'll definitely see each other next year!
