It's truly a quiet place, excellent home cooking with ingredients just like home, generous portions, impeccable service. The appetizer menu is varied, and the fried fish is excellent.

Whenever I'm in Salento, I always hope to find a place to come to Casa Noscia...
The food is good, the garden is as well-kept and elegant as the hostess, and you can hear the sound of the sea. Highly recommended!

It was the first time I dined at this restaurant, very attentive, serious and professional service, I was served immediately without much of a wait, excellent homemade food, good price, highly recommended, you receive by reservation, I was very satisfied with the food and the kind welcome of the staff, quick to accommodate customers.

Siamo ritornati dopo 3 anni in questo bellissimo home restaurant e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa genuinità, bontà, gentilezza e semplicità della signora Luigina che con la sua cucina ci ha fatto ritrovare tutti i piatti della tradizione salentina. Tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa. La location è inoltre molto curata e suggestiva. Il prezzo è più che onesto, considerato il lavoro che sta dietro ad ogni singola preparazione e che il menù è interamente preparato da loro. Non so se torneremo in Salento l'anno prossimo, ma se così fosse sicuramente torneremo qui!
