A casa do zi Pè In Favara

Food was excellent with generous portions, fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. Proprietor was welcoming and very friendly and took the time to explain the dishes and translate menu items into English. We had the eggplant Mille-feuille as an appetizer, beef ragu with bigoli pasta and veal filet with porcini mushrooms. For dessert, their tiramisu with chocolate- thick and creamy and delicious.

I can't help but give this little restaurant a great review... I found it by chance, not being from the area. You enter and are greeted by the owner's smile and kindness. The atmosphere is elegant, well-kept, clean, and the menu is a surprise. The dishes are carefully prepared and refined, and above all, GOOD... excellent quality and quick, courteous service... what more can I say? Favara isn't around the corner for me, but if I were to return, I would eat here again! Highly recommended.

We were there with the whole family in August, so good and so tasty, so much so that we came back twice during 1 week in Favara. The food is typical of the city and the hospitality is excellent. Highly recommended for a new take on old classics and respect for the ingredients from there. Hats off to the goddess of the kitchen! Superb!!!!

Just had a wonderful evening at ‘A Casa do zi Pé‘ where you arrive as guests and leave as friends. You can feel the warmth in the welcome and taste the passion in each dish. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and wish them every success in the future.

I can only compliment everything this restaurant represents. In a small, unkempt village, a real gem. I felt at home. You can tell that everything (the choice of colors at the table, the menu, etc.) was chosen with care and passion. Compliments to the table service. Friendly, courteous, always ready with a joke. A truly family-friendly place where you're welcomed with kindness and warmth. The portions are generous and, above all, very good. The fish is unusual and delicious. I recommend calling and making a reservation.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa trattoria per il 25 aprile. Locale molto curato e pulito. Personale disponibile, il titolare si soffermava anche a parlare e si é reso gentile. Tutte le portate buonissime, cucinate veramente bene e si é capito fin da subito che le materie prime fresche e ottime. Ci torneremo sicuramente, super consigliato!
