Very nice discovery, tasty cuisine full of flavors, a very warm welcome and with good explanations. Excellent moment on a last minute whim. To try without restraint. Note that you have to love meat!

Ci sono stato 3 giorni fa. tra i ristoranti brasiliani migliori mai provati. Carne e antipasti eccezionali e di altissima qualità, personale disponibile e accogliente. E' la quinta volta che ci vado, e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Ci ritornerò volentieri

Il posto è meraviglioso, il personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Il cibo? Una vera delizia!!! Carne tenerissima buonissima e poi..il pane al formaggio che si chiama Pan de quegio. Fra tutti segnalo Carlos, sempre gentile e disponibile a dare sempre informazioni sulle portate

Very simple and welcoming place. All you can eat meat formula with all-you-can-eat starters at the counter. The quality of the food is as excellent as its preparation. The recipes are all of Brazilian origin and all delicious, but the undisputed queen is the meat: excellent variety and expertly prepared. An honorable mention to their cocktails: exceptional. The fifth star is missing due to the poor variety of beers. The staff is very kind, very friendly and always available. Highly recommended!

Tender, succulent meat and excellent buffet; the staff who follow you throughout the evening are really kind and never intrusive, the environment is welcoming and fresh in terms of furnishings and colours. Very good everything!

Burro Salato Bistrot Crepes Et Galettes

30/06/2024: Burro Salato is an elegant restaurant, in the most 'correct' sense of the adjective: the menu items are gourmet but are not an exercise in style as an end in itself. The territory and tradition are present in the dishes, as is right in a very ancient city like Matera, but interpreted in a modern way. The proportions are not restaurant-like, but not molecular either. The hostess pampers you without being cloying. The environment is refined and welcoming. The wine list is extensive, the liqueurs and spirits are exceptional, the service is impeccable. An experience certainly worth repeating!
29/06/2024: Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, warm, and helpful staff. Their response via messages regarding the reservation is super quick and nice. The food, service, atmosphere, wine,...it were absolutely amazing from the start to the end, and I would definitely recommend it. We were 2 people ordering 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of local wine, and a bottle of sparkling water for 87€. It's absolutely worth it!
