I don't get lost in the usual reviews with stock phrases, I'm just saying that the carbonara strangozzi with bacon and fried artichokes are a world heritage site and deserve at least one Michelin star........ I'll come back to visit you when I pass through Spoleto......

They recommended this place to us and they didn't give us bad advice!
Very quiet and pleasant environment, with background music and polite staff.
The menu was fantastic with the recipe book to discover all the steps with which the dishes were prepared and it was possible to photograph the pages to repeat the recipes at home
Very good dishes in particular the pork cheek and portions suitable for filling, the waiting time is a little above average, but not exaggerated.
We need to find out the brand of the lamp we had on the table.

Nice place, very young, very welcoming, excellent and plentiful food from platters such as starters, strangozzi with truffles, carbonara revisited with artichokes, and a wild boar ravioli with sacrantino reduction, saffron tiramisu and chocolate cake, coffee, everything was excellent, the friendly waiter Fernando accompanied us to lunch, whom we thank and greet with affection.
