Top food and service. I discovered it 11 years ago and found it again today with a change of location (bigger but less original). But it did not disappoint expectations.

I don't get lost in the usual reviews with stock phrases, I'm just saying that the carbonara strangozzi with bacon and fried artichokes are a world heritage site and deserve at least one Michelin star........ I'll come back to visit you when I pass through Spoleto......

They recommended this place to us and they didn't give us bad advice! Very quiet and pleasant environment, with background music and polite staff. The menu was fantastic with the recipe book to discover all the steps with which the dishes were prepared and it was possible to photograph the pages to repeat the recipes at home Very good dishes in particular the pork cheek and portions suitable for filling, the waiting time is a little above average, but not exaggerated. We need to find out the brand of the lamp we had on the table.

04/05/2025: I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend during a visit to Gubbio, delicious food, especially the gnocchi stuffed with truffles!
03/05/2025: Excellent experience. Very good food. I recommend truffle fondue. The lamb second course is also notable. Historic place with stone walls. Very good service, maybe a little slow but overall ok. Prices not exaggerated. In general I recommend.

10/05/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff and quality traditional Umbrian food, if you pass through Todi it's an absolute must try!
