A pleasant surprise in the heart of Spoleto.
A small restaurant on the outside, but a truly inventive menu inside, featuring the most extravagant formats, ranging from local tradition to bolder options, offering interesting flavor combinations. The place is meticulously curated, harmoniously embracing art and history. Customer service is meticulously maintained, respecting dietary requirements. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an extravagant experience without too many expectations.

This place was recommended to us. Unfortunately, I have to say our experience wasn't the best. It was a nice location, but the staff was a bit distracted. We ordered a platter for two, which consisted of a mix of cured meats (bad salami, good capocollo, and terrible prosciutto), and a selection of bruschetta, the tomato bruschetta being truly lacking. Then we ordered two starters: one was strangozzi alla spoletina (I didn't like it because it wasn't balanced, the sauce was too tart), the other was strangozzi with ricotta (guanciale and pecorino), and a bottle of good Umbrian rosé. I have to say I was very disappointed. The price was fair overall, €68.

An excellent combination of quality and courtesy. The menus are original, as are the dishes. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place worth trying.
