07/07/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha.
