I have lived in Cosenza for 25 years and did not know this restaurant Pleasantly surprised (I have traveled far and wide throughout Italy and even half of Europe) if I write that it is a good restaurant it is with full knowledge of the facts.

The cuisine is the real strong point: balanced dishes, excellent raw materials and a presentation of haute cuisine. The menu is seasonal and well-studied, with proposals that enhance the territory with a creative touch. Absolutely recommended! We will be back soon.

Extensive menu. Some good things: the mixed fish appetizer, which, despite lacking raw fish, was plentiful. Given the ambiance, I was actually expecting something more refined. Something less so: the pasta was too lightly salted, but the ragù was quite salty. Overall, nothing memorable. The thing I remember most fondly was the excellent wine selection. I wouldn't return.

I recently visited the 87100 restaurant and I must say it was a truly excellent experience. The food is top-quality, and the flavors speak for themselves. I ordered the paccheri with octopus, a perfectly prepared dish with a rich, flavorful sauce that highlighted the freshness of the fish. For my second course, I chose a mixed fried fish dish, which turned out to be exceptional: crispy, dry, and made with top-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional, always attentive to their customers' needs. Recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience!
