We ordered the anchovy salad, the peposo, and two schiacciate, and everything was delicious. Very good service and a relaxed atmosphere.

We had the most wonderful meal that was expertly assisted by our beautiful waitress. Our service was exceptional as we are not experienced with traditional Italian meals and we had excellent recommendations from the starter to the wine.

Fantastic place, fresh food, and exceptional service! The meats and cheeses a freshly sliced and wine is delicious! Our server was running the entire restaurant from making the food, hosting, and serving. She was so sweet and had the best energy! Also, the wine was fantastic and a very big selection.

Very attentive service. The food was great and the wine was excellent. A quiet and peaceful place to take in the atmosphere of Florence. An added benefit was that the menu listed some other off the beaten track historical sights nearby.

Absolutely amazing food. Fantastic service and kind people who run it. We got the selection of meats which was amazing. The mortadella had such a nice flavour and so did the meats and gorgonzola. Lovely little gem in Florence.

Gran lugar para tapas de vino y otros platos pequeños. a pasos del Hotel Orto de Medici. El propietario es muy conocedor del vino italiano. Buena selección de vinos italianos por copa y botella Precio muy razonable. Pedimos la tabla de salami/fromaggio (queso) para 2. Incluía pan y era más que suficiente.

08/09/2025: We have eaten wonderfully here! The dishes were absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We went for lunch but ate antipasti, primi and secondi, so it was a a bit more expensive but so so worth it. I think for the quality of food the prices are really really fair. Love this place and would highly recommend it!
05/09/2025: We found this place by chance during a visit to Certaldo in February. It was truly a fortunate discovery. The atmosphere is typical, a bit retro, and very pleasant. The owner is very kind and approachable, and willing to explain all the dishes we ordered. Everything was truly excellent, with an honorable mention for the onion soup. The price was absolutely reasonable for the quality of what we ate. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop for another meal.
