532 Restaurant Grill In Roma

Beautiful place in the middle of the greenery and really excellent food. It's worth it, fair value for money.

We went to the 532 Restaurant & Grill for lunch (March 2024), after a long ride in the Marcigliana park. Even though we hadn't booked, they made us sit and I must say that, right from the entrance, the welcoming atmosphere and elegant design of the restaurant impressed us positively. Beautiful outdoor space, with meat and fire for "visible" graying. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. As a starter, we chose a leek and bacon soufflé, which was simply delicious and well balanced in flavours. We continued with an artichoke gricia, a rich and tasty dish that perfectly enhanced the Roman tradition with an innovative touch. To conclude, we savored a picanha cooked to perfection, tender and succulent. The desserts aren't bad either! Good service, friendly, attentive and very professional staff. Another strong point of the restaurant is the very vast selection of wines to accompany any meal. In summary, we highly recommend!

Siamo stati al 532 Restaurant & Grill a pranzo, dopo una lunga pedalata nel parco della Marcigliana. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato, ci hanno fatto accomodare e devo dire che, fin dall'ingresso, l'atmosfera accogliente e il design elegante del ristorante ci hanno colpito positivamente. Bellissimo spazio esterno, con carne e fuoco per grigiare “a vista”. Il menù offre una vasta gamma di piatti, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Come antipasto, abbiamo scelto un soufflé di porro e guanciale, che era semplicemente delizioso e ben bilanciato nei sapori. Abbiamo proseguito con una gricia ai carciofi, un piatto ricco e gustoso che ha saputo esaltare perfettamente la tradizione romana con un tocco innovativo. Per concludere, abbiamo assaporato una picanha cotta alla perfezione, tenera e succulenta. Anche i dolci non male! Il servizio buono, personale cordiale, attento e molto professionale. Altro punto di forza del ristorante è la selezione di vini, molto vasta, per accompagnare qualsiasi pasto. In sintesi, consigliamo vivamente!

We went for dinner so I can't say anything about the hotel hospitality. The location is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery, perhaps during the day you can appreciate it even more. The room is large, tastefully furnished. The tables spaced just right for a minimum of privacy. Friendly and competent staff. We had appetizers and various second courses of meat, both grilled and CBT (low temperature cooking). All very good accompanied by various side dishes. Appropriate Sirah glasses. Advised.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. The availability, kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were also busy with two other ceremonies, made everything run smoothly and without any problems. The food, from the appetizer to follow, all of excellent quality and the guests served at the same time without any kind of delay (taking into account the fact that we had opted for an à la carte menu and not a fixed one), a particular praise to the owner Mr. Stefano who gave us he made us feel important like we were the only guests. Finally, very adequate value for money. Thank you all and see you again soon... by the way: highly recommended!

Location stupenda cibo buono dall'antipasto al dolce servizio impeccabile prezzi nella media per la qualita' dei prodotti,musica di sottofondo del locale gradevole in quanto ti permette di parlare. A presto Bruno e Francesca

Very nice place, fast, friendly and attentive service. The menu is particular, creative and really good. Adequate price. The owner present, attentive and available. We will definitely be back.

Enchanting place, well-kept interiors and the veranda overlooking the lawn is also beautiful. We went for our daughter's graduation and I must say that everything was impeccable from the welcome to the food, to the service with the courteous and smiling guys. Even guests with intolerances were served with great attention. The food is really good, we agreed on a menu with cold cuts, cheeses and porchetta (artisanal and delicious!!), two starters, two first courses and wines. Everything is special, but the artichoke gricia and the potato pie deserve a round of applause! We will return to taste the grilled meat too. Thanks for all!
