I've been to this restaurant several times, and each time the experience has been simply excellent. I've had the opportunity to try both the raw and cooked options, and in both cases the quality is truly top-notch: incredibly fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and carefully crafted dishes that are never pretentious. The raw options are spectacular, crafted with great respect for the product, while the cooked options enhance the fish without overpowering it, a sign of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. The portions are just right, perfectly balanced, and consistently delicious. Another great strength is the fact that they have two locations, one in the Settecamini area and one in the Bufalotta area, both reliable and of the same high quality: that's not a given. The service is friendly and professional, the atmosphere pleasant, and the price-quality ratio is absolutely right for what's offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for truly quality seafood in Rome. EXCELLENT.

A wonderful discovery, everything was delicious, the raw fish was perfect, the first courses excellent, and the second courses delicious. Truly exquisite flavors, just the right amount and quality, and the price was also excellent. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

Mussels and clams were missing... and even if they are the thing you mainly get when you go to eat fish, it was still all very good and the dishes were really beautiful💕

Convenient parking in front, fair prices, perhaps even low for the quality and preparation method. The raw seafood was good, the pasta was good, and the appetizers were overall good! The staff was always attentive, kind, and courteous! It was a lovely, delicious lunch! About €100 per person, a more than fair price! See you next time!

The restaurant is charming and welcoming, with attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations and serve with courtesy. In terms of cuisine, the quality of the food is average: the ingredients appear fresh and the dishes are well-presented, but nothing truly stands out. The flavors are adequate, but they lack that touch of originality or intensity one would expect from a restaurant that focuses entirely on seafood. One thing that left me a little perplexed was the portions, which in my opinion were a bit small for the price and type of dish. Some appetizers and main courses, though well-executed, leave you feeling like you're "wanting something more" to be fully satisfied. In short, 50 Sfumature di Mare is a decent place, with courteous service and delicious dishes, but it needs to rethink its quantity-to-price ratio to offer a more balanced experience. 31/12/2025: I didn’t expect to travel to the other side of the planet and find Australian steak on offer but I’m glad because it’s top quality, export grade and was delicious! Between two, we tackled the 1.5kg tbone and made short work of it. Service was friendly and then steak comes with two sides of your choice but the serving plate is also loaded with other vegetables. It was cooked perfectly and we left feeling satisfied rather than overly full. Delicious and the venue is super cool. Make sure you get a reservation because it was completely packed by nine.
