We stayed for two nights at the hotel next to the restaurant and dined there twice in a row.
We tried the tagliata, excellent rigatoni carbonara, and a platter of cured meats and cheeses.
For dessert, a delicious chocolate cake and truffle, which actually comes in the form of gelato (which isn't specified; we were expecting the classic truffle).
Overall, good service and a lovely atmosphere.

We had lunch for my daughter's two-year birthday; we had a large table with children.
Excellent service, the owners were kind, and the waiters were commendable and, above all, professional.
Let's get to the food: excellent quality from the appetizer to the side dishes. The pici with bacon and asparagus were excellent, and the grilled meats were delicious, with various cuts of meat.
Finally, the bill was adequate for the quality and service received!
So, if you want a quality trattoria/restaurant and are willing to spend the right amount for quality and service, I can't recommend it highly enough...

Excellent place, we went for a family lunch. Excellent food, nice place, friendly and always helpful waiters.
The fireplace flue needs some work; the room got foggy during lunch.
The only flaw is the owner's infamous quip, "Don't order all different things or we'll never show up." He even missed an order by saying this.
Tip: If you can't order all different dishes, reduce the menu options; otherwise, everyone can order what they like.
Other than that, everything was excellent; we'll definitely be back.

Everything was delicious! The prosciutto and mozzarella as an appetizer... the supplì were truly excellent... the first and second courses were truly excellent! The Roman-style saltimbocca was excellent, the polenta with the meat was truly inviting... then a tagliata that melted in your mouth... excellent service, friendly waiters, and an elegant atmosphere perfect for a cozy and quiet evening... then sitting on the sofas in front of the fireplace was priceless!

We stayed at the hotel in the same square, and given how tired we were from the trip and the positive reviews, we booked a table for 16! The place is rustic and very welcoming, and the food is spectacular! A typical trattoria. Large rooms, perfect for hosting many people. A huge fireplace dominates the entrance. From appetizers to first courses, main courses, and side dishes, the food is excellent and plentiful! Very friendly staff. Exceptional value for money! If you want to eat traditional dishes, you've come to the right place! Highly recommend!
