Service was exceptional! Food was also great. They prepared pasta with parmesan sauce for our son which was on par if not better than Alfredo.

Great antipasti. Service was excellent. I would order the 3quarti with patanegra and zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta again. The ravioli cacio e pepe was amazing too, just add more cracked black pepper

The dishes weren't exciting. The cacio e pepe and gricia were very runny and sometimes lumpy, and the tagliata was overcooked and not very tender. The staff was friendly, though sometimes a bit inattentive.

Moderna, pero respetuosa de los productos y tradiciones locales. Almorzamos afuera. Servicio amable rápido. El filete en rodajas estaba muy bueno. Mi amigo estaba muy contento con la ensalada de atún ahumado, de la que había un gran tazón. El interior es bastante impresionante, difícil de adivinar desde el exterior.

Una visita obligada a Roma. Excelente pasta, excelente ternera , excelente carne de res & excelente servicio con fabuloso Fabio. Qué más puedo decir. ¡No te decepcionarás!

08/12/2025: Everything was delicious! Prosciutto and mozzarella as an appetizer... supplì were truly excellent... first and second courses were truly excellent! Saltimbocca alla romana was excellent, polenta with meat was truly inviting... then a tagliata that melted in your mouth... excellent service, friendly waiters, and an elegant atmosphere perfect for a cozy and quiet evening... then sitting on the sofas in front of the fireplace was priceless!
06/12/2025: We stayed at the hotel in the same square, and given how tired we were from the trip and the positive reviews, we booked a table for 16! The place is rustic and very welcoming, and the food is spectacular! A typical trattoria. Large rooms, perfect for hosting many people. A huge fireplace dominates the entrance. From appetizers to first courses, main courses, and side dishes, the food is excellent and plentiful! Very friendly staff. Exceptional value for money! If you want to eat traditional dishes, you've come to the right place! Highly recommend!

Osteria Mastro Titta - Fraschetta Ariccia

28/11/2025: It was good but not very good, the pasta had an excellent flavour but the carbonara didn't have a creamy egg and the amstriciana didn't have much sauce.
16/11/2025: If you pass through Ariccia and don't have a meal here, let yourself be seen by a good one, compliments to all the staff, exceptional food 🐷
