I didn't like the way the meat was cooked or cut. The amatriciana was good, the carbonara was sticky. The fried pizzas were good.

The place is quite deep in the city... Perhaps because I went in the evening, in the rain, I found the long, dark, and unpleasant road coming down from Via Cassia. However, it was pleasant upon arrival, with ample space, including a covered veranda suitable for large tables (perhaps more so for young people), and helpful and courteous staff. I had an appetizer (fried pizzas... actually, decidedly far from the concept of "fried pizza" I've come to know in Naples), a pizza (so-so dough), a dessert, and drank a beer. The price of thirty-one euros seemed a bit high.

That’s what I call a nice, unplanned evening! Got a bonus on a website (it’s shown in the photo), and decided to have dinner out. The pasta was just perfect — creamy, perfectly seasoned, with that flavor that makes you want to come back.

18/05/2026: Cramped for lunch on a Monday. The pulled pork sandwich was very good. Nice smokiness, present but not overwhelming the other ingredients (tomato and cabbage). Very soft, artisanal bun (made by them?) Very nice, industrial-style place. Friendly, smiling staff, fast service. The price was in line with the price. Well done!

16/06/2026: The pinsa was good, but unfortunately I came on a day when the management was having a crisis due to a lack of wait staff, resulting in excessively long wait times. I'll be back to give another review, especially regarding the service.
