This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, you could tell that they loved their costumers and were excited about the food they served. My server was amazing and had such high spirits. The carbonara pizza is something I will dream about for years. I also got the tiramisu and while it was good it wasn’t my favorite.

Easily the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant! The pizza was incredible and the wine suggestions were even more amazing. We will always recommend this place!

The pizzas were delicious, the design of the place was very cool and, above all, the service from the waitress, Nina, was delightful. Thank you for your attention and great professionalism, and for the beer while we waited for the pizzas. I recommend it 100%.

This is the best restaurant in Italy so far 🥹 I loved their food and the beautiful service. It was our honeymoon and they decided to surprise us as well with something special. Their pizza was literally amazing. Highly highly recommended.

Pizzeria migliore del centro Italia ! Impasto con farine selezionate , 72 d’ore lievitazione per una digeribilità da 10. A fare la vera differenza però sono gli ingredienti dei condimenti , qualità vera , prodotti d’élite dalla Alice del cantabrico al filetto di tonno , pomodori e ogni singolo ingrediente non sono industriali ma frutto di scelte mirate. Accoglienza calorosa ( ci si sente a casa) servizio curato! Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Ci vediamo presto ragazzi

Ottima pizza in un ambiente gestito magistralmente dalla mitica Nina. Sembra di essere in famiglia e Nina ci accoglie ogni volta ricordando chi sei e le tue esigenze..... veramente fuori dal normale! E' un piacere tornarci!! I dolci sono letteralmente "spaziali", non si può andar via senza provarli!

24/05/2025: I am very pleased to write this review as by far, after staying in Firenze for three weeks, Osteria de'Cicalini is by far the best restaurant we have eaten at. What first caught my eye walking by was the bright, bohemian rustic vibe. Our host greeted us immediately and was attentive to our every need. We started with an absolutely delicious pear and honey burrata, followed by a Pici cacio pepe dish that was fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the central Firenze area.
24/05/2025: Osteria de’ Cicalini is a little gem where tradition and taste meet perfectly. Welcoming atmosphere, genuine and carefully prepared dishes, with authentic flavors that tell the story of the territory. Friendly and attentive service. An experience to repeat!

28/05/2025: A warm and intimate dining experience! We were greeted with a complementary glass of prosecco and many tasting dishes. The food was light, delicious and all freshly made. I would recommend and look forward to coming back!
13/05/2025: [Guaranteed emotion, taste, and service] I am Korean. I highly recommend Koreans who are reading this to visit this place. It is better to receive the best service here than to eat expensive and tasteless food in downtown Florence!! I visited with my 7 and 4 year old daughters. The owner of this place, Ms. Betania, was really, really kind and helpful. I ordered a basic pasta, but before that, food that I had never eaten before came out, so I asked if I had ordered it wrong, and she just said welcome and gave it to me. But it was really, really delicious. To be honest, I would have paid more if I had to, but they only charged me the price of the pasta. It was delicious and the service was good enough that I was willing to pay more. It was really nice that they really loved my daughters. I am leaving Florence today, and I will definitely come here when I visit again. I recommend Koreans to come here. Have a nice trip :)
