Neapolitan-style pizza, but for me it was too chewy, even when hot. Maybe it was undercooked. I remembered it better, but despite everything, I digested it well.

It's a shame that the dish isn't edible, but I've only eaten pizza like they do in Naples. I've only eaten a few. Compliments to the pizza chefs, who have the logo of the true pizza chefs, which is a symbol of quality and experience, and to the lady who is always very kind. I highly recommend it, truly from the heart.

I tried this pizzeria just last night. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I ordered a very heavy pizza (the burrattina) with a stuffed crust. The texture was too thick and it was hard to eat, despite the quality of the ingredients.

24/04/2026: I had higher expectations, but I have to say that the service was attentive and fast (even too fast, they seemed to be in a hurry). The fried crescentine were spectacular, not greasy, and flavorful. The cold cuts and pickles were below average. The grilled sausage was excellent, the rest was average, and the mutton was poor, thin and... a bit... stiff. Superior dessert: the almond pudding was very good. Price...adequate.
24/04/2026: A very, very tasty restaurant just outside Bologna! I recommend starting with their excellent cold cuts and crescentine (accompanied by the inevitable fried gnocco), finishing with the phenomenal fried cream. 😋 In between, choose what you like best... lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle, garganelli, strettone, etc. You're truly spoiled for choice! Enjoy your digestion!

21/02/2026: Unfortunately, living in Bologna, we don't come to this restaurant very often, but we always leave satisfied! The owner is truly kind and helpful, always happy to chat with guests. The food is always top-notch! Fresh fish, balanced flavors, and dishes that satisfy the palate while leaving you feeling light. The breadsticks brought to your table are also excellent. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
29/12/2025: On Christmas Day, I had lunch at this delightful restaurant with my wife, and the feedback was very positive. The seafood dishes were well-prepared, and the tortellini in broth were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it!
