Wow - this place exceeded all expectations. We were greeted by Eleanora who explained everything in English- Gracie mille- Everything was super quality and the bike garage was perfect with your own secure code. That code even opened the door to the building and popped open a box where you could drop your room keys, instead of having to take them with you. What a great idea! This place offers fantastic value and the location, just a meters off the Alpe-Adria bike path is super convenient. You’ll never find a better value than this modern, clean, fantastic place. Don’t miss out- book this place. They even had a washer and dryer that they let us use for our laundry. Amazing!!! Thank you! Gracie! Danke! Whatever language you want- this place is the one to book in Gemona.

I spent a night during the FVG bike trail. New and clean room and a lot of friendliness from the management. And if you are too tired to move you can also have dinner with a good aperitif

Super modern rooms and sanitary area. The lady of the house is very accommodating and makes almost everything possible. Locked garage for Pedelec. After heavy rain showers on the Alpe-Adria cycle path, it was possible to use the dryer and a shoe dryer. All in all, highly recommended.

I would give 6 stars if I could! We did a bike tour from Villach to Grado as. Since we didn't know exactly when we need to take our first overnight break, we didn't make a reservation for the first night in advance. Unfortunately, it was the 'Ferragosto' holiday weekend. As a result, everything was either closed or completely booked out. At some point, we got in touch with Eleonora by phone. She was able to spontaneously offer us an overnight stay at her guesthouse, including breakfast (just 5 minutes between the call and our arrival). Eleonora was our savior in the last minute that evening! Our room was perfect! Everything you need was there and clean. Quiet house, varied and delicious breakfast. Bikes are securely stored in a locked courtyard with a code of your choice. In short, the best place for an overnight stay in Gemona. Thanks to our Hero Eleonora again! We will be back!
