I have never experienced such nicely organized accommodation. The landlady is amazing and helpful, she explains everything. The room was cozy, clean, spacious. I had a view of a small courtyard and a train was passing by, but I expected that.

Great room, Great service. The room was cool and included a cooling system and a fan, which was so awesome. The room was so very clean and comfortable in the heat. Elenora took amazing care of us and helped us out so much. Great place to stay.

Lovely and very clean room and common area. Plenty of breakfast. Delicious dinner prepared by Eleonora and her assistant. Above all, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff - especially Eleonora and her family. Definitely worth a visit with value far above the price!

Room with double window very spacious and welcoming, modern furnishings, comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom with window and large shower. Very welcoming, attentive and helpful staff. All the rooms are very clean. Very varied breakfast and suitable for all needs. We had dinner at the tavern and were very satisfied. Thanks to Eleonora and all her family for the beautiful welcome.

Excellent accommodation, a very clean room, and a hearty breakfast for you to prepare yourself. Eleonore was a wonderful host. Dinner at the property (Osteria38) is highly recommended!

Die ganze Familie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, besonders die Juniorchefin. Preis/Leistung TOP! Moderne, saubere Zimmer, Essen und Trinken sehr gut. Absperrbarer Raum für Fahrrad, Ladestation. Service top. Eigener moderner Frühstücksbereich. Jeder Zeit wieder.

04/07/2025: Very exclusive environment, right next to the Stella river, refined and well-served dishes, the waiters are quick to fulfill your every request, vast choice of fish from raw to cooked and very fresh! The price is high, it is not within everyone's reach, but you will certainly be happy with the experience! The garden is well-kept, the round tables with chairs and white backrests, located in established areas and there are illuminated figures that create the atmosphere, ideal for a romantic dinner. The Swans swim elegantly together with the Grebes and animate the river.

02/07/2025: We stopped to taste the excellent fresh homemade strudel after a walk. Excellent service, the girls were very nice and helpful. I appreciated the branding that gives a special touch to this refuge
