38' Parallelo In Gemona del friuli

Stayed at the 38th Parallel on the Alpe Adria bike tour. I highly recommend it. It's an overall 10/10 hotel.

I stayed at this B&B in August and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and tastefully furnished with every comfort. I was amazed by the attention to detail; everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the room and kitchen amenities. You can do your job well...but when you put passion into it, the level of excellence is incredible. Congratulations on the way the property is managed and thank you for making our stay an unforgettable memory.

Wonderful place, both inside and out. The room was perfect down to the smallest detail. The kitchen, both for breakfast and lunch, was always well-stocked. Cleanliness was excellent, to say the least. The owners are a family, unique in their kindness. Extremely welcoming, if not more. A strategic location for visiting both the Alps and the sea. The welcome was wonderful; we could have stayed all day chatting with the host. The room was delightful, spotlessly clean, and the personal attention was exceptional, unlike many other places. Last but not least, they were very eco-conscious. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

WELCOMING and MODERN B&B&B: Well thought out, well built, well organized. Great attention to detail and a beautiful simplicity. Courteous and helpful owners. Very close to the FVG 1 and 3 cycle paths. With a garden and bicycle parking. We weren't able to dine at the inn, but we'll be back.

We arrived on a very luxurious place and were invited with a very warm welcome. We received local tips on things to do which we appreciated very much. Further we could park our bicycles in a separate garage. The room itself is paid attention to in meticulous details. Despite the rather high temperatures outside the inside was nice and cool. The breakfast was arranged in a self preparation setting which offered lots of freedom.

I recommend it to everyone. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hostess was kind, attentive, and very efficient.

Close to the Alpe Adria cycle path, top comfort, cleanliness, and service!! INCREDIBLE value for money, you won't be disappointed.

Die ganze Familie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, besonders die Juniorchefin. Preis/Leistung TOP! Moderne, saubere Zimmer, Essen und Trinken sehr gut. Absperrbarer Raum für Fahrrad, Ladestation. Service top. Eigener moderner Frühstücksbereich. Jeder Zeit wieder.
