Very beautiful property, themed and well-maintained apartment. The shower button didn't work, but I reported it. The traditional fireplace was very nice and relaxing. Note that the accommodations are not located in the main body of the castle, which is inhabited by the marquises' family, so they cannot be visited during your stay. The gardens and labyrinth are very interesting, however.

We stayed in a dream room, the tasting was impeccable and well attended, and the dinner was more than enjoyable. A fairytale place where silence reigns supreme. Total peace and relaxation.

We toured the cellars and had a tasting. The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough. The cellar tour was interesting and informative. The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread. Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.

Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard. Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber. A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

20/01/2026: I had lunch here with my family for my 60th birthday in December 2025. I chose a set menu with two appetizers (tartare and Jerusalem artichoke flan), a first course (Castelmagno risotto with pears), a second course (grilled sliced ​​steak), and a choice of dessert. Everything was exceptional! Superb quality and presentation! One of the best lunches in recent years. And the price was definitely in line with the quality. Highly recommended!! The dining room is very pleasant and well-kept; among other things, there's a unique view of the hills and the Alps in the distance, even though it was unfortunately cloudy that day... The owner was very kind and helpful, and the service staff was polite and professional. Only the service didn't get top marks because, as I was the birthday girl, I would have expected them to start serving the dishes with me and ask me about the wine selection (small details that would have earned the top marks). In any case, I will be back with great pleasure!
