We toured the cellars and had a tasting.
The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough.
The cellar tour was interesting and informative.
The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread.
Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.

Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard.
Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber.
A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

A wonderful getaway in Piedmont!
The location is magnificent, and the staff is fantastic and extremely friendly.
We stayed two days, which was enough to explore the area and its surroundings.

I was only able to visit the park and the labyrinth during an event. The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is refined and refined. The wine shop is very well stocked and staffed by highly qualified staff.

Wooooow place...worth visiting. Excellent tasting with Elisabetta. Fine wines with a rich history behind them. Fabulous tasting dinner featuring all local ingredients and products. Welcoming suite with attention to detail. Definitely a place we'll return to. Antonio and Morena

Sempre una certezza il menù preparato dalla chef con materie prime di qualità. Per i bambini c è sempre l' alternativa della pasta ma è un peccato non fare assaggiare il gusto e la delicatezza del primo piatto del menù. Vino sempre di qualità... Infine un complimento alla gentilezza e premura di Moira in sala sempre attenta all' esigenza della clientela... Regalatevi questa esperienza....Unica nota le sedie un po' scomode che insieme ai tavoli un po' troppo moderni fanno perdere un po' di magia alla location.

Posto incantevole. Cura del dettaglio e ospitalità molto piacevole. La signora ci ha accolti con un grande sorriso e con professionalità, Come dovrebbe essere la normalità (purtroppo queste peculiarità si stanno perdendo spesso). Una Cucina equilibrata e molto curata. Ci torneremo.
