Sempre una certezza il menù preparato dalla chef con materie prime di qualità. Per i bambini c è sempre l' alternativa della pasta ma è un peccato non fare assaggiare il gusto e la delicatezza del primo piatto del menù. Vino sempre di qualità... Infine un complimento alla gentilezza e premura di Moira in sala sempre attenta all' esigenza della clientela... Regalatevi questa esperienza....Unica nota le sedie un po' scomode che insieme ai tavoli un po' troppo moderni fanno perdere un po' di magia alla location.

I spent 4 days on vacation at this very beautiful property on the hill in front of the bends of the PO. The living solution is very rational in independent villas. Inside the site there is a very good restaurant where the chef offers excellent dishes so you don't need to go and find solutions in places you don't know. After breakfast we went to visit the nearby places of Monferrato such as the beautiful city of Asti or the hunting lodge of Stupinigi and other very interesting places. The visit to the wine cellars was also very nice where in this place they produce excellent products that can be purchased on site at affordable prices. A round of applause to all the staff of the organization for their professionalism and competence. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

I'll start by saying that I never write reviews, but today I feel like writing one... maybe the most important one. I've been to this establishment for the third time. A luxurious farmhouse, but at the same time "at home", where hospitality, elegance and professionalism are not just words, but real facts. The first time I went was before Covid and everything was in progress and even the staff seemed "in progress". We returned out of curiosity in 2023 and the establishment had taken shape, but unfortunately the staff was not yet up to par. In May 2025, a big surprise... the location is fantastic, the rooms have taken a defined shape and the cleanliness has improved and not a little... the restaurant has made giant steps: the service led by Moira takes the form of a place where you can dine in relaxation, without being disturbed, in an elegant and at the same time simple environment. The dishes are simple, but good and genuine. At the reception we are greeted by a blonde lady, who checks us in without rushing us, waiting for our curiosity in "spying" the various corners of the reception and the outside. Another brunette girl accompanies us to the wine sales area and offers us a visit to the cellar followed by a tasting... she tells us about the past, the present and what this structure represents for the place... she tells us about the castle and those who live there and we feel like we are reliving an ancient fairy tale, made up of kings, princes and sorcerers... it's nice to dream of living inside a fairy tale. After a few minutes Maurizio, the director of the structure, introduces himself... we talk to him a bit, his face is not new to us... after a few words we discover where we had seen him: in a TV show on Sky dedicated to hotels... and so we have him tell us about his professional experiences and we experience through his eyes the passion he has for this job. We understand the reason for the improvement of the structure... now there is someone, with sympathy and discretion, who manages it in an elegant and professional manner. There is no shortage of smiles and daily phrases that wish us a good day, from the morning by an elegant and distinguished lady who follows the breakfasts to the afternoon between crossed glances of those who follow the cleaning of the external parts. Difficult to remember the names of all, but we want, also through the Director Maurizio THANK all the staff for the beautiful experience lived. THANK YOU!!!

Were only here for a wine tasting.

Abbiamo cenato quattro sere consecutive, menù diverso ogni sera, ottimo cibo e lista dei vini. Complimenti alla cuoca e al suo staff per gli ottimi prodotti con cui con cura realizza i suoi piatti. Location suggestiva personale attento e gentile

The Castello di Gabiano stands like an old aristocrat refusing to retire, with towers that challenge the heavens and a wine cellar that whispers stories. The rooms are so magnificent that even the furniture nods politely. The garden is home to a labyrinth that reveals more about human wanderings than any sermon. A stay here is like traveling back in time in comfort - you sleep like a king and wake up to the smell of history and fresh espresso.

Wonderful medieval village, an elegant resort with rooms, restaurant, historic cellar, wine shop, wellness centre, all surrounded by a wonderful park, a labyrinth and vineyards... I recommend trying it

Bellissimo il castello ma la cena assolutamente da rivedere. Servizio non all’altezza del posto. Errori banali. Cibo discreto con poca scelta ( 1 secondo e 1 dolce) che assolutamente non ti fanno dire wow! Rapporto qualità prezzo insufficiente. Tante cose da migliorare. Non torneremo perché l’atmosfera è molto bella ma bisogna giustificare un conto di €110.
