We stayed in a dream room, the tasting was impeccable and well attended, and the dinner was more than enjoyable. A fairytale place where silence reigns supreme. Total peace and relaxation.

We toured the cellars and had a tasting. The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough. The cellar tour was interesting and informative. The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread. Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.

Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard. Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber. A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

I only went to the restaurant. The castle is very well maintained and the restaurant is excellent.

A wonderful getaway in Piedmont! The location is magnificent, and the staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. We stayed two days, which was enough to explore the area and its surroundings.

I was only able to visit the park and the labyrinth during an event. The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is refined and refined. The wine shop is very well stocked and staffed by highly qualified staff.

Lovely place to stay quiet great views food and rooms great

We passed through this town while exploring the Langhe. We tried to see if it was open to the public, but guided tours inside are only available on Saturdays. So, they suggested we visit the castle grounds, the labyrinth, and the turret, which offers a spectacular view of a good portion of the valley! Very nice!

A nice place to buy good local wine. We learn in a daring and not very polite way that even the first tour around the castle inside the fortifications costs money (something we hadn't previously been told and wasn't very clear about). In any case, we return every now and then for wine.
