A very charming location with numerous design elements: large spaces and a quiet atmosphere, allowing for conversation with other diners and a peaceful dinner. A wide selection of doughs and pizzas to suit all tastes: the charcoal dough stands out for being very digestible and light. The service was precise, courteous, and punctual, and the excellent management of the dining room is noteworthy. The ingredients are truly high-quality, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended for a delicious pizza, with a choice of dough and lactose- and gluten-free options. The cuisine is also excellent.

This pizzeria is quite well-known for its special dough, which is quite light and easy to digest.
My opinion is that the pizza is quite good, but for my taste, it's perhaps a little too dry, and the tomato sauce is too sweet. However, it's still a good pizza.
I highly recommend booking, perhaps even a day in advance, because it's always very crowded and the place isn't very big.

We had excellent pinsa pizza tonight, as well as the turmeric pizza. One of the best pizzas we've had in all our years of celiac disease. Excellent beer and spectacular desserts. Friendly and attentive staff, nice and clean atmosphere. I'm sorry I didn't take photos, but everything was so good we forgot about it.

In my opinion, it falls short of the expectations the menu creates and the focus on somewhat sophisticated ingredients. The pizzas are still okay, although
the low-carbon (i.e., protein) dough doesn't quite satisfy the palate, but rather the idea (ideology?)
