Saturday evening dinner, pizza.. easily booked online.. dinner for two, booked for 7:30 pm, upon arrival with the room already full we were told that we would have to wait a few minutes for a table for two to become free, with the option of being immediately seated at a table in the corridor, which we declined... After about 10 minutes they seated us and served us at the table very promptly, making up for the initial delay... Pizza menu chosen by us gluten-free due to the needs of a celiac person. We ordered pan pizza and standard pizza, with two different doughs.. both well kneaded, excellently leavened and well cooked.. fresh and good ingredients, nothing to complain about.. for the final dessert, as unfortunately happens in almost all restaurants and pizzerias we waited a little longer than necessary to be served, I mean the time between when the waiter took the dessert order and when the dishes arrived at the table (after our prompting...).. the small delays however did not in the least ruin the evening which was pleasant, with the owners very Kind and friendly... prices were definitely fair and in line with the product, the place was full but not excessively noisy (you could easily talk and hear each other).

Fairly quick to serve, excellent pasta, large selection of dough, including gluten-free, good pizza with classic dough, but the dough is a little tougher than average.

Wide selection of dough types. I tried charcoal, whole grain, regular, low-carb, and gluten-free.
I have to admit, the gluten-free pizza is good. Better than other gluten-free restaurants.
The whole grain pizza (I'm not celiac) is really excellent. However, as an athlete, I didn't really appreciate their low-carb version.
The tiramisu is excellent.
I'd definitely return.

Six of us went on a Monday evening, having made a reservation over the phone.
The pizza was good and easy to digest.

Delicious wood-fired pizzas. Not just traditional pizza, but contemporary pizza with flavors created by the chef.
A gluten-free version of the menu: the taste of the dough is incredible. Safe cuisine.
Extraordinary service, very attentive and fast.

We had a farinata for an appetizer, followed by two pizzas: a toma with a whole-grain dough, which we liked, and a parmigiana with a low-carb dough, which unfortunately turned out to be too soft and, more importantly, crumbled when cut.
I'd probably go back for the other doughs, but not the low-carb one.

Wide selection of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, delicious and light pizza dough. The owners and pizza chefs are friendly and helpful. The place is well-kept and welcoming. The attention to detail and care in the ingredients, as well as the wide selection of options for those with intolerances or other special needs, are top notch.
