when I want to be on the safe side, I choose 2duepuntozero.
I have been celiac for 26 years, it is difficult to find a good gluten-free pizza, but this one is excellent and AIC certified.
I always struggle to find a place without a reservation, so always book!
Nice place, service depends on who you get, but most of the waiters are helpful and nice

Staff truly attentive to the needs of each individual customer, my celiac wife can enjoy the same dishes here that have gluten. Out of curiosity I tasted the gluten-free carbonara and was surprised to find that it was delicious! They are truly capable of creating both in normal and gluten-free cuisine. Piola pizza is special! Light, tasty and especially in this pizzeria I have always eaten and digested it all! The dining room staff is very friendly and attentive.
This pizzeria is worth trying.

Locale che non mi fa impazzire, molto moderno, ma sono gusti. La cucina invece merita un voto altissimo. Ci sono stato diverse volte con la mia compagna e abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo. Io sono celiaco, e personalmente penso che sia una delle migliori pizze senza glutine di Torino. Bravi!

It's not easy to find a place, everything is always booked during the week, but now I understand why. One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Indeed, not one, but 5. With 5 friends we have in fact chosen the tasting option: which involves various pizzas already cut into as many slices as there are guests being brought to the table, one after the other, the flavors being inspired by the pizza chef, with all the types of dough that the restaurant offers: kamut, 9 cereals, soy, charcoal, type 2 wheat flour. The 9 cereals have been the most successful at our table. Obviously the traditional option is also possible, a pizza for each, with the added freedom of combining toppings with dough. But enjoying every freshly baked slice, I think that's the best.

Sono stato con alcuni parenti, ero già stato alcuni anni fa e lo ricordavo un buon ristorante, devo dire che il mio ricordo è stato confermato anche questa volta. Ho mangiato unicamente un antipasto a base di salmone, mela e maionese, sfizioso, leggero e buono!
Anche gli altri piatti sono stati apprezzati dai miei familiari, servizio ottimo, cortese ma non invasivo, tornerò, spero a breve!
