We went to this restaurant for dinner and we were all thrilled.
A true jewel that combines the tradition of Bolognese cuisine with more modern fish-based proposals, all with truly high quality raw materials.
Every dish we tried was meticulous in detail, with well-balanced flavors and generous portions. But the real star of the evening was the Bolognese cutlet: simply perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with the right amount of ham and melted Parmesan on top. We fully confirm what is written on the menu: it must absolutely be divided into two, because the dimensions are truly impressive!
A restaurant that knows how to enhance tradition without giving up a touch of creativity, with attentive and friendly service. Definitely a place to return and which we will recommend to anyone who wants to have an authentic culinary experience in Bologna

My friend and I were staying outside the center of Bologna and were looking for a place to eat on a Monday night. My friend found this place, and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Everything was excellent, including the green lasagna (no photo), tortelloni, grilled octopus and desserts. The atmosphere was perfect, as was the service. It seemed like we were the only tourists, but felt as welcomed as everyone else.

We had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic venue and we can say with certainty that it was one of the best culinary experiences of recent times. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with particular attention to detail that creates a perfect environment for a pleasant and relaxing dinner.
The service was impeccable: the staff was courteous, professional and always available, without ever being intrusive. Every dish we tasted was an explosion of flavours, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. In particular, the schnitzel was simply delicious and left us speechless!
The menu is varied and well balanced, catering for all tastes, and the wine selection was excellent, with many options that pair perfectly with each course.
We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant place with friendly service. The dish we liked most were the dumplings from the non-traditional menu. The Bolognese lasagna is good but a little salty. Very sorry for the Bolognese cutlet because it was good but did not follow the traditional recipe.

Ristorante consigliato dall’hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato e prenotato dopo aver letto le recensioni.
Nonostante avessimo chiamato all’ultimo, in modo cortese, ci hanno dato disponibilità di un tavolo e direi PER FORTUNA!
Cena fantastica, cibo di super qualità e porzioni adeguate.
Locale raffinato, servizio cordiale e ospitale.
Consiglio di provare la mortadella, si scioglieva in bocca, la potete trovare come antipasto, poi continuare con tortellini in brodo o tagliatelle al ragù tutto questo accompagnato da un vino col consiglio del personale in sala e come conclusione c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta.
Ps. È caduto un po’ di ragù sul maglione e non è rimasta la macchia, lo stomaco conferma, la “non pesantezza” del cibo

Siamo stati a cena martedì 14 gennaio, avevamo prenotato ed eravamo in 4.
Eravamo in fiera per lavoro ed il nostro Hotel era nelle vicinanze di questo ottimo ristorante.
Abbiamo preso tagliatelle al ragù normale , più una al ragù di cinghiale ed anche tortelli con il pesce.
Tutti buonissimi.
Classica cotoletta bolognese , davvero buona , tartare e affettati con crescenzine.
Siamo rimasti sorpresi per la qualità del cibo e la cortesia dell’oste.
Innovazione e tradizione vanno a braccetto e andranno molto avanti per il futuro, consigliatissimo
