Small restaurant with the owner who manages the room, a chef and another person in the kitchen. You go on purpose, it's not touristy. The food is very good, the raw materials are of excellent quality, I had some homemade Piedmontese ravioli al plin, an excellent generous portion, and an amberjack with various sauces paired divinely. The service is performed correctly according to the rules. I paid 55 (but you can find prices and menus on the site). I warmly recommend it.
At another table there were some ladies who ate gluten-free and said it was a real restaurant compared to the usual ones.

We came for a business lunch, and we were amazed: refined food without being pretentious, a welcoming and relaxing place, an excellent choice of wines, a stone's throw from Termini. We will definitely be back.

Ok, fondamentalmente potrebbero essere 4 stelle e tornerò qui a settembre. Al momento sono 3 stelle perché: non sono molto sicuro del sapore (troppe piccole salse varie e troppi aspetti nel piatto) combinato con il prezzo €€€/€€€€. Ma il problema principale per me è lo spazio: troppe persone dentro questo spazio. Sembra una riunione. L'idea del separè è interessante ma aumenta l'idea di un posto di lavoro. Piuttosto, fuori c'è un bel posto dove mangiare la sera: ma dentro - ancora - troppi problemi. Ma questo ristorante ha del potenziale, di sicuro.
