I stopped by chance at the Accademia del Gusto 1990 after finding it on Google Maps… never was a better choice!
The place is a real gem: pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and with a refined and original decor that immediately captures the attention.
But the real star is the food: excellent quality, prepared with great care and taste.
I ordered an amatriciana and the boiled meatballs, both spectacular.
I was in company, so I also had the pleasure of tasting the eggplant parmigiana and the gricia: everything really delicious, authentic and well-balanced flavors.
A special mention for the homemade bread: fragrant, fragrant and perfect for the final “scarpetta”… a real treat!

Restaurant located in the heart of San Lorenzo. Very welcoming environment with helpful staff who are very attentive to guests' needs. Full menu. Sophisticated and overall very popular dishes. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a different evening in a great place and try an above-average culinary experience.

Location suggestiva, stile primi 900. Ottimo cibo. Tartare di manzo alla francese delicata e gustosa. Ravioli del plin al burro acido, una bella scoperta: originali e gustosi. Buono il filetto alla wellington, anche se avrei preferito la carne più tenera. Originale il gelato alla nocciola con tartufo, olio e sale. Tutto consigliato, in particolare i ravioli. 😋😋😋
