I had dinner at 19 Al Paradiso yesterday, Wednesday evening. The restaurant was full, the service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent, as usual. But my special compliments go to Flavia, the daughter of the owners. Every time I go I am pleasantly surprised by her skill. Over the months she seems to be taking the place of her parents more and more, and I must compliment her on her ability to welcome, to work at the cash register, to talk to customers, to bring dishes to the table, to set and clear the table and to resolve difficult situations with full lucidity. I hope that the new generations have even half of her desire to work. See you soon and congratulations to Maria and Vincenzo.

Evening with Friends, I have been going to this place for several years and I always find quality and freshness in everything. Saturday night even though the place was full we waited a bit but I still didn't find it was worth it, super delicious pizzas topped by real professional Artisans who know how to do their job, I am a demanding customer but I understand that these Artisans are always under pressure and try to satisfy customers to the maximum of their limits so let's give them credit for what they do. A tip for those who want to try the pizza (Margherita) you can taste all the flavors of the real Neapolitan pizza. Congratulations, we will return in large numbers and with confidence.

I had a Caprese pizza, and it was so incredibly delicious! The basil, the tomatoes, and of course the dough... fantastic! The beef fillet strips with tomatoes, arugula, and Parmesan were also very tasty. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and the place was very busy. Our server was really friendly and also very quick. I think we'll come back tomorrow evening!
...and we went there again and will have dinner there for a third time in a row. We can't imagine it could be any better. We're already a little sad to be going home.

Pizza al metro un sabato sera. Posto prenotato in una delle prime due sale dall'ingresso (indispensabile, soprattutto se si vogliono evitare i due saloni). Locale quasi pieno ma servizio ineccepibile e tempi d'attesa assolutamente "normali". La pizza non delude mai, alta, soffice, morbida sino alla fine, con ingredienti di qualità. È così da anni, mai successo di rimanere deluso. Una garanzia.
