11/01/2025: An evening at the Lancione Restaurant is much more than a simple dinner: it is an authentic experience, which combines the warmth of family management with the mastery of fish cuisine.
The beating heart of the restaurant is Antonio, a talented chef and owner, who with passion and creativity offers dishes based on fresh fish, capable of enhancing the flavors of the sea. Each course reflects a genuine love for cooking: from refined appetizers, such as carpaccio and raw fish, to fragrant first courses and second courses with a strong but balanced flavour. The attention to detail and attention to raw materials are evident in every bite.
Accompanying the service is Domenico, the son, who takes care of the room with kindness and professionalism, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. His wife Mimma, on the other hand, adds a special touch to the management of the restaurant, making guests feel at home.
During my visit, I appreciated not only the quality of the food but also the human warmth that characterizes this unique place. The freshness of the fish, combined with the simplicity and authenticity of the preparations, makes the Lancione Restaurant an unmissable stop for lovers of seafood cuisine.
