A bistro in Piazza del Popolo where we drank an excellent spritz and ate, in our opinion, the best Ascoli olives in the area. Fast and friendly service.

The setting is Piazza del Popolo, and the place is increasingly crowded. Prices are competitive, but I don't think that's the reason for the crowds.
The products are delicious and freshly prepared, and service is lightning-fast, thanks in part to the young waiters, who are always prompt and friendly despite the busy schedule.
Fried specialties include the unmissable Ascoli olives, as well as panzerottini, fried cream, and artichoke wedges.
A wonderful way to spend an evening in Ascoli.

Excellent food.
I had the Ascolana olives, panzarotti, Ascolana sandwich, and a cutlet sandwich.
Finally, I recommend the Ascolana sandwich, very good!

A young-oriented place, ideal for an "Ascoli" aperitivo. Service is quick and unfussy, and the place is very popular. I can't comment on the olives, not even whether they were artisanal or not, but the eggplants are delicious. Definitely worth a try.
Perhaps, and I mean, perhaps, you should enjoy them more slowly.

A wonderful experience, in a casual setting in the beautiful Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno. The fried food is delicious, and their sandwiches are also really good!!!

A good place for an aperitivo.
Good cocktails served in compostable plastic cups.
However, the only option is fried appetizers.
The only thing that bothered me was that after waiting a bit, with the promise of a table in the square, another waiter arrived and forced me to take a table under the archway (because we didn't have a reservation), even though there had been free tables in the square for several minutes.
However, after a few minutes, people without reservations arrived and were able to use the same ones.

The Ascoli olives were very good, although I don't think they were artisanal (?); the fried cremini were delicious, although a bit sparse; the fried artichokes were good, although also a bit sparse... so, aside from the portions, everything was very good. The gin and tonic was average! The service was top-notch: everyone was very kind, attentive, and attentive (the table and ashtray were cleaned properly!!!). Highly recommended!

Già di persè cenare seduti al centro della meravigliosa Pz.del Popolo è un qualcosa che vale il viaggio...se a ciò si aggiunge un servizio giovanile, simpatico, veloce,efficiente e soprattutto di mangia benissimo; tutto fritto ovviamente! In primis sottolineo la bontà di sua maestà L'oliva Ascolana ma ho apprezzato anche le altre proposte, tutte fritte sul momento,ben calde e asciutte.
